I picked up a couple of these yesterday at my local walmart for $25. Searched for them on Brickseek and there were quite a few available. They were only $20 at a store a bit further.

Pay close attention to the UPC. The store I went to they had a lot of a 'newer' style version of this product that rang up $49.xx. However, when I went back and checked there were 2 (I assume older) versions with UPC 887276085586, and low and behold it rings up $25. The packaging was nearly identical but the 887276085586 one the packaging was slightly smaller by like 1/2 inch.

Edit: many people report that it's a lot easier and more successful to buy it at whatever price and file a credit card price protection claim. Wiki has the link for $20 for those interested in that route.
