The way to check for this if you have the LTE sim (the link is available already through your dashboard if you have a sprint plan but doesn't show for the LTE sims for some reason) is to log into your account and then paste the following url into your browser and look to see if it's listed there: https://www.freedompop.
If it still shows the premium service there, then you need to click 'view details' and cancel it again. THEN, go back to the URL and confirm. I had to do mine a few times before it finally took it off for real. This happened today on two different accounts.
This is likely the cause of the problem where people complain about being billed even when they downgraded both the plan and services.

How do you know "it doesn't happen again"?
Usually you have to set the caller ID name through the carrier. If there is no option for it (and I don't see one in FP), people have had luck changing it on this site:

In fact they never charged me a penny by mistakes over the last 3.5 years.

I downgraded my two phone plans to the free plan before the trail ran out. I was fraudulently charged 27.99 for one plan, and 31.99 for the other. (they were the same exact trial so the difference in price makes less sense than why I was charged.) This is not, as stated above, a website problem because I downgraded and removed services on the phone app.
They have made no response to my support ticket and I will have to dispute the charge through my bank. This plus the poor service and horrible apps you have to use (the dialer they force you to use is horrible and works less than 50% of the time.) makes this "deal" worthless. I highly advise not giving this company your payment information. If you are going to do the deal, use a pre paid card with only a few dollars on it, that way they can't fraudulently charge you as they have done to so many others. A little googling shows you how bad this company is, they clearly make their money defrauding their customers.

I'll file a complain with the FCC.

Check to make sure the 50MB/Friends was added properly.
It happened two times for me such that when I accept friend's requests .... some glitch happens and I do not get the 50MB after accepting it. I checked right away so I know what happened but no idea why.
This only affects the first billing period. Next billing period comes and all 10x50MB showed up again correctly.
Just my experience and these issues happened last year and it is random. One friend also has that happened once.
