BTW the Mexico factory in question (which again, isn't for the US market) hasn't even picked a location yet.- that decision is slated for late this year, meaning it'd be ~2026 before it's actually making any cars.... Tesla plans to have its own low-cost car on the market before then anyway.

0 plans to enter the US market at all- including with the mexican factory that's at least 2 years away from production.
Doubly so with china imported cars that'd get killed on import tariffs

Tesla has 4 factories. The first one planned for production of the next-gen cheap car is the existing one in Austin. The ones in China and Germany will then produce them in EU and China.
The to-be-built Mexico factory will be ADDITIONAL production beyond the 3 existing factories.

It could be the age or how long they have been in inventory
It could be some have miles on them maybe a few hundred
Also keep in mind some people refuse their car due to fit and finish reasons, those cars are probably returned to inventory so maybe one of those is cheaper

Some are refused due to paint chip. If you buy it, Tesla will fix for you. You will just need to schedule it. Some people don't want to bother with that so they refuse and get a new clean one.
