For those with experience with these deals. this might be worth it for you guys. Walmart has several phones as low as $1 per month for 36 months. It doesn't look like bill credits either. Buy, activate, pay off, then cancel within 3 days. Phones should automatically unlock after 60 days. Some Iphone 12 plus, pros and max for $2.75 per month but out of stock. I have done this before so I will try it again.

Rates are fair. Prices are high.
Although admittedly I haven't kept up, so maybe that doesn't happen anymore. I recall a couple of years ago that I turned in an OG Moto E for something like $100 off whatever phone it was I was purchasing. I just assumed that generic $50+ trade-ins are still a thing.
Having sold real estate when mortgage rates were OVER 14-15%, (1980's) rates have everything to do with supply, demand, values, and sales volume.
