Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

He can only fix if the device was active on Ting or RingPlus. So I'm guessing you were on one of those at some point in addition to Fi? He can't fix Fi devices.
nope...I had project Fi. last year (I'm on TMobile now tho) and he fixed it for me..should be same issue as other sprint based MVNOs I know this was the issue Becuase when I left Fi the sprint store had issues, due to the IMEI already being active, so I just walked next door to T-Mobile.

Odd, I told him I was on Fi for over a year and then Verizon the last couple months. He said "Unfortunately I can only switch devices that have been active on Ting or RingPlus."

It has to have been active on Ting or RingPlus in order for me to help you out. If this is not the case, you'll need to contact Sprint or your old carrier.

This is a response from him on Reddit.

What is the Samsung Galaxy "special edition" phones? Are those just regular?
Just got off the phone with support. The S7 special edition and S7 Edge special edition are the SM-G930U and SM-G935U SKU. If you call support they will give you the SKUs.

I called Sprint, and they said my google Pixel phone is eligible for this Free Unlimited promotion, but Sprint said my phone is locked, even though it's working on multiple carriers, it's not unlocked to Sprint. Sprint said to call Google or Verizon to unlock it. Is this true? How to fully unlock my Pixel? Thanks.
