Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm trying to help out my friend who has a family. Can she do this?
get $50 referral using my referral.
Get $150 by referring her husband's line.
Get another $150 by referring her daughter's line.

If anyone has done something like this, I'd love to hear their experience.

Because they're doing a credit check...

And proof that you are who you say you are.

Just bought a Galaxy S8 Unlocked version from Best Buy.

Says eligible.

So Galaxy S8 Special Edition means Unlocked Edition.

Other people hear says the AT&T or Verizon Galaxy S8 might not work.

Yeah, I can personally confirm the Moto G4 Play from Consumer Cellular is (mostly) unlocked out of the box for most services. I got it from that same deal. I did have to get an unlock code off ebay from a link in that deal ($2 and some change) to use my FreedomPop LTE SIM. Only network I heard it doesn't work for is Sprint. I can't confirm but I think if you want to use it on Verizon, the SIM has to already be activated and you can just drop it in and go (I did this with success). What I'm not sure of is if you can activate a fresh never-activated Verizon SIM on the phone or if Verizon won't activate new SIMs on it for you, maybe somebody knows. But it is fully compatible with an activated Verizon SIM I do know. Sprint is a no go supposedly, but I don't have any active SIMs from them to test. I'm now using the Consumer G4 Play with the Republic Wireless six month deal, which runs off T-Mobile, with no issues.
Thanks for the info. When you say you used it with FreedomPop LTE, you mean running off AT&T's network, not Sprint right? I want to get the $80 CC Moto G4 Play at Target and use it for this deal but I guess that's a no go then if it won't work on Sprint.

The terms say "post paid carrier" not "post paid service". That implies (to me) you can't bring a Google Voice or other VoIP number.
and if anything you can always cancel

I can honestly say it's been a good experience. I ordered the sim on Tuesday night, and it was delivered to my door Thursday afternoon. I followed the instructions online, and successfully ported the number from AT&T. The best part, I'm getting about 10-20 up and down whereas with AT&T I was getting 5-15 up and down. Smooth and successful on this end. Iphone 6s

Sprint doesn't have voice over LTE yet; so yes all of your voice call will only be made via CDMA radio. CDMA SIM is required for LTE access. When you say data signal is weak, I assume you mean LTE coverage?

Yes, I meant LTE coverage. Att can allow voice and data all thru LTE, shown under iPhone setting .

I have two phones, one on Sprint and another on T-MOBILE (Mint) both on my name. Even though my T-mobile line is eligible for transfer, i am not eligible as I am an existing Sprint customer.

Does any one here had similar scenario and able to sign up for this promotion on spouse name?

I've been with sprint for a over a decade. Honestly if you're thinking about leaving after a year or something like that... Think again. This company pulls a lot of shit. And they've made auto adjustments on accounts. I've had to call the BBB and literally stalk their corporate offices. Furthermore they have a lot of hidden fees, random charges etc.

Their data is dope though. They don't bottleneck like other companies. And you can pretty much do whatever the fark you want with it. They legitimately don't care. Other than the mobile hotspot, which they'll charge you for.

Auto adjustments, hidden fees, and random charges. Hmm..dunno about that. And charging for mobile hotspot - - not on their current plans they don't.
What a worthless post.

The real question is, and we just need to get the promo doc to get the real answers.... If you can upgrade after 10/1/17 or whatever the date is - - I assume you'll be able to upgrade to any phone model.
So say you sign up today and activate with an IMEI of a model on the accepted list... What happens if you "break/lose" that phone tomorrow.. Can you activate any Sprint compatible model at that point? Or is there some back end script that only allows models on that list until 10/1/17, and thus would remove the promo discount of free service if you activate any other model?
I know the promo says we recommend add device coverage, or that you can buy MSRP, or swap out to a different 'eligible' phone. That last part, 'swap out to different eligible phone' holds a lot of keys and possibilities to be explained later if you don't get what I mean. I'll find out and report back.

I'm leaning towards the probability that you can swap to any Sprint phone once signed up with a model from the eligible list; but promos have constantly changed and promos of today are not like promos of yesteryear at Sprint. So we better find out for sure on this one.

I get this message: "We're sorry, we're unable to confirm your credit online." But I have one sim in the transit. Hopefully, I can add more line to that. Is the message a sign of deal being dead now?
