Something else strange too... my credit card was charged yesterday, then credited back, then charged this morning for 5cents less at 3am.

I placed an order on Tuesday evening and received the SIM card Thursday afternoon. Was able to activate the line online.
A rep called and asked if it was a good time for them to port in the number. I was on the phone for 90 mins with a few different reps when they realized I was porting from MintSIM, not a post-paid carrier. Finally a rep authorized it and said I would get the promo even when I'm switching from Mint.
Now I just need to make sure I get service on my iPhone 6. It's the unlocked version from the Apple Store, but I keep getting "no service" even after a reboot. Anyone has any idea why this is working?

I followed below steps:
1. Get a Free Sprint SIM from Apple Store
2. Called Sales Rep and requested him to open a new account
3. I mentioned that I will be porting from T-Mobile (I had T-Mobile MVNO - Prepaid Service)
4. With in 30 mins, Sales Rep was able to set up my account, waive activation fees, set-up auto-pay and complete port-in.
Now Planning to port other lines from my family.

Was told by customer service that the Galaxy S8 needed a special SIM.
Whatever. Made me pay $12.98 for shipping and said SIM was free. Even though it's $10 shipping and $2.95 for SIM online.
