I will then be porting both of my new MetroPCS lines to this Sprint BYOD promo. I am hoping that me porting out of Sprint would qualify my numbers to be eligible for this promo. No, it does not state that you can not swap devices. Sprint's terms are ambiguous on the subject and do not explicitly state you can not swap devices.

can you swap to any compatible (whitelisted) sprint phone, or only from the list in the offer? That is really the question.

The point I'm trying to make is even if it allows you to do it, are you sure that Sprint won't start charging you for the plan. I don't know the answer either way.
