Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My friend has iPhone 6 Plus for ATT bought at Apple Store paid in full won't pass FED. Is it becuase it's still locked to ATT or because it's not sprint model?
So it turns out it might be A1524 factory unlocked model. So it's the sprint world phone model but it was paid in full from Apple Store. Why would this not pass eligibility check?

Is everyone being asked to call during credit -check?
Yesterday my credit-check passed but today I was asked to call the phone number.
The customer rep told its setup that way and I can activate after i get the sim and they will call.
She asked all the details starting from phone IMEI, porting phone numbers, a/c #, PIN # now itself. She even mentioned only at the new customer setup we can add the lines. Contradicts the offer details on the website.

My main concern is coverage. Now on ATT. Tried Tmobile. TMO has bad coverage in my office, inside department stores. Wifi calling switching is not seamless. I want to try Sprint before I port my main number.

Is everyone just buying the sim and porting themselves online? All the stores I called are unfamiliar with the deal. I plan on buying the sim at a store and porting at home myself.

I was hoping to get some kind of deal in store, since I know those guys usually want you to set stuff up through them.

Same thing happen to me, I feel so cheap and used, they asked about everything from when I graduated high school to who I knew.

Unless the store create an account, run credit check and other setup you will have to call sprint telesales. Online Sim order basically setup the initial account and run credit check but it seems some are not able to do it including myself.
I had a sprint sim with me so had to call CSR and they had to setup everything on phone, but it worked out fine using the sim i brought earlier by paying.

Is your device on the list? Also, you may have to call Ting or TPO and ask them your IMEI is coming up ineligible which most likely means they need to add it to a database or a port number database. You can try to ask the Sprint rep on the phone if they would be so kind to add your IMEI to their database too
you probably didn't see my earlier post. my phone is not on the list, it is a sprint samsung s4, that's why my question is such. i don't know if the deal is restricted to strictly those phones cuz they're expecting unlocked phones from other carriers. but what if i use an existing sprint phone i have.

I have Verizon iPhone 6s, was with Verizon first, then RingPlus, and then it is active with Ting currently. I tried the checker for this deal, entered the IMEI (and MEID) and Ting phone #, it said the phone is not eligible.

But iPhone 6s is listed as an eligible device for this deal. Anyone knows why? Anything I can do to make it eligible?

My experience has been pretty good do far. I've never had Sprint before. Got my 2 Sims in about 2 days, activated online which took about 10 minutes for both Sims. Plugged them in our Verizon Nexus 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and they were up and running.

MAIN Page lists Galaxy S8 limited edition as eligible.
But is the special edition the same as the Verizon unlocked version that is listed as eligible?

Is it the same as the pin you create on the setting page of your online account login?

If you login to fp, under account setting, it allows you to edit your 4 digit pin number.

Is the account number also your phone number with area code and do you need anything else to port out?
I doubt that was the same PIN because I did not recognize the numbers. When I had my last straw with FreedomPop, I asked them if there was anything I should know when I port out. That's when they provided me with the PIN (one that was never created by me).

Side note: This Sprint deal has been an absolute mess for me. They flagged my account as fraud on the second day, now they are refusing to release my number to another carrier. There is nothing fishy about my account, I even gave them proof of identity in person. I am just unlucky. Hope it works out for the rest of you.
