Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I read through the first 30 pages of this thread. Want to get this, but website says my Nexus 6 is "Phone(s) not compatible It doesn't look like your phone(s) will work on our network, but"...I have used it on Ringplus, and Ting before. Switched to Tello, but couldn't get phone to work. Successfully ported over to H20 wireless yesterday. When put in IMEI and phone #, get same message saying not compatible. Called and said not eligible because H20 is prepaid (don't know why it wouldn't say that instead of "phone not compatible"). Any way to switch to ATT, TMobile, or VZW temporarily to get this to work, if that is indeed the issue? Or does fact I have been on a Spring MVNO before mean I can't get it? Thanks...
Hello,

You need to contact LiterallyUnlimited on reddit. He can help flip flag your IMEI then your device will be eligible.

Good luck!

I plan on purchasing an unlocked Motorola G4 Play or G4 Plus at Best Buy in the next few days and getting a new phone number. Please let me know if you were able to activate these phones on a certain prepaid service over the past week and ported into Sprint successfully for this offer.

If you had service with ring plus/ting your phones IMEI is flagged to be given MVN services which is a weaker signal than sprints own. Remember ringplus/ting were offering services riding on sprints network but with speeds reduces. The guy claims can clear your IMEI so sprint unflags you

Your device has been flagged as MNVO Sprint side, the IMEI needs to be clear to be eligible.

Hope this helps.

Update: I just notice above guy give good explanation.

Have you resolved the issue yet? So, you were able to buy the att sim on the website, and you also bought the sim at B&M, but you weren't able to sign up using either of the 2 sims...?
ATT told me to 'sign up' for the $30 plan, it won't charge you for anything yet.

then you can change to $.25 plan later

If you have nothing good to say, please shut up!

Of course I searched. The only thing came up is this: "In NY, for example, if the effective tax and fee rate, including USF+other taxes, is 25%, the price for 1 "free" sprint line would be $15 after taxes and fees. For 2 "free" lines, $25, and so on and so forth. So this is very YMMV, depending on what state you're in. If you're in a high tax/fee state and got in on the early Tmo One deals, you may want to stay on your current post-paid plan (with Taxes included) and avoid the hassle."

I don't believe the fee is around $15. That's why I asked people who signed up.

Like any search result there are more than 1 result by using "NYC" I found dozen results, and if you take enough time to look at all the results you found the answer. I feel sorry that you have poor search skill or bad eyesight, but I am sure if you try harder you should get better.

Click on the search button in the upper right corner - type "NYC" and a ton of posts are there. Most relevant is probably this one from yesterday

Sprint CSR is calling me back today and asked for H2O account # and pin - can you please advise what you did for those (appears H20 does not assign them)?

Account number is 20 digit sim, pin last 4 digits of sim.
Edit. This is no longer correct. The account is 8 digits and you need to get from h2o customer service. Sorry they must have changed it since I ported out over a year ago.
