i have a parked number barn number
i dont have a eligible phone.
i offered to check imei for a few sd'ers (who wanted to know if their phone was eligible) with my NB phone.
it showed as eligible.
again...i am not taking part in this promotion at all

I checked and download speeds were around 23 to 25 mbps and uploads around3-5 mbps. I run them in my building where I get average network. I have to try outside and i think speeds may go reach high..
