yes we unlocked it... but agent is asking their customer care number to verify account number....
i am saying i already verified that it is same but not accepting it.... now she is talking to supervisor to ask how to proceed....

bro i appreciate your reply.... i read your answer... i told the same to agent...but what is my mistake if agent is not accepting it... now after 50 mins call got disconnected..not sure if she did it deliberately...

i told them first it is google fi.. then told its google fi voice.. and then told google voice ..... as many suggested here ..but they did not agree
