Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

How long does it take to update, my charges still show $0. One phone is correct, the other 2 iPhones are listed as "Sonim XP Strike IS" I activated the phones on Wednesday.
Thanks
Why does it matter anyway, it got the wrong phone what's the big deal, as long as the phone work Eventually they will fix it even it the dont fix it you are on the right plan what the big deal?? If really matter to me you can always call and spend 1 or 2 hours on the phone to fix it.

Last year I bought a S7 from Tmobile on Tmobile and the entire time it show up at some random phone...

Can anyone please help? I signed up for the Sprint 1 Year Free Service over the phone. Got the plan and everything was setup. However, I am just getting 3G always on my Nexus 6 although Sprint Network Coverage map shows 4G LTE Plus available. Tried everything possible that I know off: Network Setting Reset, Update PRL, Update Device Config, even replaced SIM at Sprint Store, still it is 3G wherever I go. I used to get good LTE signal with T-mobile and previously R+ on my Nexus 6 (unlocked, purchased from Amazon). Does anyone know of any fix?

I activated on 6/21. It's been around 48 hours now. Still my Nexus 6 is on 3G only. Tried everything. I know one other person on this forum also has same issue as mine. Can anyone please help with any suggestion or fix? Will really appreciate. Thanks
I have a Nexus 6 and I was able to get LTE after updating the carrier settings. Please check the preferred network type setting under cellular networks. Also update the PRL and device config under carrier settings.

Hi
My parents have the verizon Iphone 7.

How easy is it to activate/port in the number after we get the Sim Card shipped to us?
Is it as simple as insert the Sim card, restart the phone?

Can someone list out the step by step for my parents? I'm not in this deal, it's for my parents who live far away from me.

Thanks in advance.

Question for T-mobile users porting:

If my billing cycle begins on the 27th of the month, and porting occurs successfuly on the 29th, do I pay for the whole month of service or is it pro-rated (2 days)?

Got my first bill for $54 and change. $50 plan charge and the rest taxes, fees, and surcharges. Called in, half an hour later was told they'd have to "investigate further" and call me back.

I'm not optimistic.

It's only 24 hours for me, but I want to get on with my life and not worry about the "back office". So, when you ported out and back in, you used the same Sprint SIM card? Thought they were single-use only. When you port out, can you use the same BYOD with no problem? I'm using an unlocked Verizon iPhone 6 Plus. And, to get the immediate plan, can I port back in ONLINE or do I have to call the direct line again and get a rep to give me the plan immediately.

It seems that what's going on is the direct line rep is creating a blank account when the sims are ordered over the phone. Creating an account makes you a current customer who is ineligible for the promo even though you don't have your sim yet. People who get the sim on their own and do the "credit check, account creation, port-in" on the phone are successful because the account with Free Unlimited plan is done on 1 call. Pain in the Arse to have to deal with customer service.

Anyway, how long did the re-port process take and were you able to do it online even though the sim wasn't ordered online?
^^^Yes, I'm not too excited about waiting for the "back office" to do their thing either.

How can a/the SIM be reused? I get it that it would be the same SIM re-tied to the same number...but I thought that was a no go.

I activated mine online. But make sure you have the account number and pin from your previous carrier. Don't call these idiots. They will sign you up for wrong plan. Use sprint.com/activatenow

Everyone says telesales are idiots, but i have to say i had to call in twice and both experiences were good. Each time the agent did what they were supposed to do well.
