Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

She is very slow at responding the request. I will take several days to get the response.
Switch to $19.99 plan then get the account number and pin by contacting them. They reply within a day . Once you port your number then cancel it .

Wife and son are overseas till July 9th. Is there a way to take advantage of this deal without having their phones in hand.

Conversly, is it possible to buy a cheap phone (Moto 4) and switch Sims to their iPhones later?
When I sign up, I was informed by the CS that I can't swap phone with this free plan for 90 days.

What SIM did they actually send you initially? I thought they were just sending everyone SIMOLW506C which is common and available most anywhere. It's a 3-in-1 universal SIM/Micro SIM/Nano SIM.
They sent me a "ISIM V1 Activation Kit" which contained a SIMOLW416Q (which is a nano SIM and the Play takes a micro). I provided the device type and IMEI several times throughout the process, so the incompatibility is on them.

The Motorola G4 Play is eligible for this offer, available at major retailers (Target, Amazon, etc) and costs about $140.

Received SIM kit, tried to sprint.com/activate now, and got the following error: "We're sorry. This information doesn't match our records. Please double-check your information and try again."
The info I put is exactly the same as what I ordered the SIM.
Does anyone have similar experience?
Yes, I received that while waiting for Sprint to call me back. They didn't, but I just called back into Telesales (the number at the top of the screen when the website gave me the verification error earlier in the process).

I ported from Cricket (AT&T prepaid) and the port itself took about 10 minutes. It can take longer, I think the rep warned me it can take up to 48 hours. Timing is contingent on providing accurate info on the account being ported out, of course. (Invalid account number or PIN will cause failure/delay.)

So I logged into "My Sprint" and saw that I'm on the "Unlimited Freedom w/autopay" plan for $60.

Nope.

Called twice. Both the 866 BYOD number and 888 Account Services number and was assured that the "back office" would "adjust" my account to the "BYOD" plan.

It's been going on 48 hours, still no change.

I'm giving it until tomorrow morning; iif my account's not "adjusted", I'm porting back to Cricket.

It took 4-5 business days for mine to be adjusted. I am on the correct plan now.

Exactly what happened to me. Had to port out the number back to Verizon then and bring it back again! Very inconvenient but couldt wait this stupid back office promise.
