Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes, you can use your own Sprint SIM; and yes, you can switch/change phone. I have mentioned this a few times. Log into your Sprint account, look for your device/phone info and make sure the Nexus 6 IMEI is paired correctly with your SIM ICCID. If they are wrong, just correct them yourself or ask a Sprint rep to correct them for you. You must always pair the phone IMEI with the SIM ICCID on your account online before you can activate/use the phone on Sprint network if you want to change the phone or the SIM.

The Nexus 6 uses nano SIM (not micro SIM). You would need the Sprint SIM with part number SIMGLW446C or SIMOLW506C. Good luck.
Sorry if this has already been asked. I have an eligible phone and the Sprint sim from the last promotion. How do I port/activate online without human interaction?

Did you 'delete' your device from Ting?

Deleted and just got off the phone with them. She changed the IMEI from "public to sprint". Have no idea what just happened or why it was needed, but we'll see if anything changes.

**Update. Whatever she did worked Smilie

Not looking good. Im on the chat with sprint and being told she can't swap my Galaxy S7 Sprint edition (not on the eligible list). She said its giving her error. The device was sprint mvno and pass imei test via tings.

how long did it take you to port out from RW? Thanks
About two days. I called Sprint after one day, then it took another day to get my service active.

I am on phone with Sprint CS, they are saying phone activation with 1 year free plan should be done online not thru the phone and now its out of their hands to put me on this free plan.

They just opened case ticket on my issue and will let me know in 3-5 days.

Did you just activated today and you could already see the plan info in the online account? According to the wiki, the info won't show until a few days later. It's been 2 days and I still can't see my plan info.

Search this forum for "wrong plan" or "back office" and don't call any number but the 8777 number you used to activate the free plan. It's taking people 3-5 business days to get the fix and normal reps have no idea what they're talking about. They're telling people the plan is online only when we already know that it's not.
