Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Thanks, it is a nano SIM sorry for my typo. I finally got it activated after a 45 minutes phone call to Sprint. Now I have another problem, I have 3 phones (iphone7plus, Nexus6, iphone5c)all compatible with Sprint (checked through deal page, all IMEIs are OK), but Sprint customer service insist that only my iPhone 7 Plus was supported in their system, so i used the iPhone 7 Plus to activate my account, now I want to switch to Nexus 6 or iphone5C, how can i do that? I tried to use My Sprint | Activate a device, and chose iPhone 7 Plus as the device I wanted to swap, but I got a page said "Please chat with us to complete your activation. (Look for the icon in the top right of the page) or make an appointment at a store near you. If you have bookmarked this page or used your back button, you'll need to start over to complete your activation".

Does anyone know how to swap device?
Have you activated the iP7+?

I was told if the promotion discounts would be automatically removed if you swap another device in 120 days.
Looking to swap to another eligible device soon. I surely don't want to lose the plan.

Not looking good. Im on the chat with sprint and being told she can't swap my Galaxy S7 Sprint edition (not on the eligible list). She said its giving her error. The device was sprint mvno and pass imei test via tings.
You have ask a Sprint rep or the Ting guy (LiterallyUnlimited) on reddit to re-SKU/remove MNVO flag from the phone.

idk why you ran into problems activating by phone. lots of ppl posting on this forum including my gf activated using the 877 #

when i used the chat the chat rep also gave me that # (i was trying to exclude the sim card from my cart) and told me that, that number is dedicated to this promotion.

also the pamphlet posted in the wiki confirms this promotion is eligible for phone activation. i am attaching it again to this post.

i think you just are having bad luck with the wrong reps.
Indeed, i also have the same problem. So far, i have spent a few hours on the phone and still no luck to get the account setup as the free 1 year service...

Try again online login to MySpint>Devices>Manage My Device>Activate A New Phone>then enter new device info>Continue>Activate. Or call 1-888-211-4727 if u continue having problems. I think calling #2 on your phone also but dont remember.

I just called your CS number, rep couldn't do anything, he transferred me to accounting dept and account dept guy couldn't do anything either, he then transferred me to sales. Sales guy told me to call 800-777-4681.
So far nothing got done. Each dept representative told me, 1yr free deal is a web only option and since I activated it thru phone, im basically SOL.
They have opened a ticket and told me to wait for 7-10 days.
Mad
I'm in the same boat. Still no luck to switch it to the 1 year free plan. They have the worst services i have ever had in my life so far.

I'm also wondering how many people didn't even noticed about this issue since alot of people have just opened their line.

Wont be going thru 253 pages on my mobile so if someone knows the answer it would be appreciated if you answer. Has anyone successfully signed up to a qualify carrier, T-Mobile for example, then immediately signed up to Sprint? Been thinking about doing it but currently on Freedompop which is a Sprint MVNO and not sure if anyone from Freedompop or any Sprint MVNO has successfully ported over to Sprint. Or do i have to "switch" to said T-Mobile then to Sprint. TIA

Opened a tmobile prepaid account and funded with $10. The next day, online, I checked the eligibility with it + iphone5c unlocked. It worked. Had to call sprint because it stopped me at the credit report. Rep knew about the free service. He sent me a sim card ($14). Fast shipping, btw. He called me back after I received it. I got set up with the free service (stayed about 1 hour on the phone with him). It's been about 4 days. In my account I can see the total bill due in July ($3.07 for zip 87111). I will try to port my old "real number" when my metropcs expires. Hopefully they can port that in. Service is okay here, but spotty in few neighborhoods. What sucks is I am not getting LTE speeds. Max DL on the iphone is 2.7mbps. I wish for faster DL speeds, but for almost free service for 12 months, I can't complain. Or, anyone knows how to fix the "relative" low speeds I am getting? Anyway, front page says only postpaid works for this. NO. I opened a prepaid Tmobile and now I have free service for 1 yr.
