In short, the promo rep submitted the order and told me to wait 15 minutes then power cycle my phone. The 15 minutes came and went and my phone didn't appear provisioned so I called the porting team as stated in this thread's wiki, and they said they were going to push through the activation. After about a 2 minute hold time, the porting rep said that the port had been successfully completed and that my activation was complete. I powered cycled my Nexus 5 and and sure enough, I saw an activation screen flash, and shortly there after the FreedomPop phone number was being displayed within Settings > About.
I got my port out PIN from FreedomPop prior to signing up. Your account number is your phone number, but the PIN is a unique 4 digit code.
My recommendation is to either call a different store or call the tech support number again. If the "system errored out", it might be that the iPhone has an incorrect activation policy applied, which means it can't yet be activated on Sprint until that gets changed. You can pay for the GSX report on eBay to find out for sure, but this might just be an extra step you don't need to take.

I thought you told you got 4 G6 by porting 4 lines...
So you mean you opened free year four lines even before fathers day and added 5th line on that day and now only closing one line...

I was stupid and put text free numbers...thought its over for me but I think based on your comment I have a chance of activating my account.
This is a little frustrating and misleading as one will buy an unlocked iPhone from Apple Store to be able to use on any carrier.
