Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

When I did this deal I bought 2 unlocked phones and opened T-mobile pay as you go plans. Ported them over and opened the accounts with no issues. These phones are for my kids, since activating the phones I've gotten a dozen or so calls from all sorts of odd numbers (800's, different states, etc) on whats to be my daughters phone. Anyway, today on Sprints website I was easily able to change the telephone number. Was shocked it was so easy to do so if anyone else ported in a number they didn't like or wanted a fresh start on, you can do this from your account for free. Just FYI

Be careful. Sometimes promos will expire early if you do that. I know of one in particular when I worked for Sprint that expired on someone because they changed their phone number. The whole point was to bring the phone number over from another carrier.

Also referrals will fail if you do this. Just FYI.

It's likely your Nexus 5 has the MVNO flag tripped to PLBL. Drop me a message on Reddit (/u/LiterallyUnlimited) and I'll see if I can flip it back. Make sure it's not active on Sprint or any Sprint MVNO before you do.
My friends iPhone 6 Plus model A1524 bought unlocked from Apple Store doesn't pass eligibility check either. It was used on Straight talk att and h2o att MVNO Does the phone need to have MVNO flag flipped to PLBL or just need to add to sprint database with DNA tool?

I have TMo phones which cannot be activated in Sprint. Can I port my numbers to Sprint and get the LG G6 $5/month promo immediately? Thanks
Isn't the LG G6 is $9.99/month?

Another noob question: If I register a number for the Sprint AAdvantage promo and then port using a different number, will I still get the bonus miles?

Can I do this in Sprint store? Will my cost be the same online or in-store?
Thanks in advance!
Yes, you can call Sprint from the store. No difference than calling from your home, car, restroom, massage parlor, etc. Big Grin Cost depends on SIM price. Some Sprint corporate stores give out free SIM like candies.

Looks like it has a clean BOH if that is the full report. Initial activation policy with 2303/multi-mode unlock means it's unlocked out of the box. Applied activation/next tether activation policy with 2303/multi-mode unlock means it's still unlocked (which it should be because it's the unlocked version). I don't see any blacklist or unpaid bills (outstanding balance) from a wireless provider. You should be able to ask Sprint to clear the IMEI and add it to your account. It may take up to 24 hours as reported by others. It probably does not matter, but also try turning off FMI. Good luck Big Grin

Ported 4 Google Voice lines and got in the $5/mo LG G6 deal a week ago. Total of 5 lines with the LG G6 line scheduled to cancel since I paid off the device. Awesome deal!

Need to be SPCS, not PLBL. PLBL is for use on Sprint MVNO.

ADDED: I think PLBL means private label for MVNOs such as Ting, Tello, etc.

Freedompop porting tip. I activated my sim yesterday on an Amazon Moto G4. Porting in a Freedompop LTE (AT&T) sim phone number. Sat around hoping it would activate yesterday. Nothing. Sat around hoping it would activate most of today nothing.

Called the Sprint porting number shown on the front page of this thread (888 876 8381). Rep saw my number was available and activated number. Working now, including LTE.

Hope this helps someone.

That sounds like it just needs to be run through DNA. Have the local corporate store do that for you. Call them first, to verify they have access to it. No sense in going all the way up there if they can't help you.

As far as I know, the Moto E will need the SIM SIMGLW416Q.

I now have 4 lines on the 1 year free promo deal and I opened up a 5th line under the $45/mo plan to get the LG G6 for $5/mo for 24 mos. Called Account Services to pay the LG G6 off for a total of $120 and then had it set to cancel by end of billing cycle. I didn't have to port for LG G6, just stated that I got in that deal when they offered it during Father's Day weekend.
