Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Seems like link is dead... I am currently a Sprint SERO subscriber. If I left Sprint for MetroPCS, would I then be be eligible for the credit check?
I'm also a SERO subscriber. Wondering is it finally time to give up the legacy plan, or should hold tight?

Did a search but could not find , anyone able to provide dummy ESN that could be used to activate on this plan?

Have paid off a T-Mobile phone but has yet to register as clear with sprint and getting close to the expiration date.

Would be willing to trade for Amazon GC

Anyone able to get the FREE sprint ASUS wifi router. I called up sprint and was told only accounts older than 12 months can get them.

No, this is NOT strictly online. You can either purchase/get a new SIM from a Sprint store, Best Buy, any Apple Store or even use an old RingPlus one.

You will need to call the number in the Wiki to do the activation if you have your own SIM, though.

if you can go through "e" followed by 'bates' and click through to sprint than search for free year and click on the link through sprint.com, you might get cash back for activating online.

1. you can pick up sim cards anywhere and just call in.

2. the credit check should be 1 time no matter haw many times you submit online in a 30 or 60 day period. Sprint pays for the credit check, they just want to pull it once. Their system should check your SS# and pull your last credit check for a 30 or 60 day period. If it fails online, it is usually prior to them pulling credit and calling in is to complete the application process.
Hi sir, please send me your referral code by PM. thank you

BTW, "e"blab"bates" deleted the one year free cash back link

Any other tips to get 4G on a Moto G4, if you don't have another carriers SIM?
Try if you could see the APN setting without SIM card in your device. If not, then I recommend buy an 1 or 99 cents GSM MVNO SIM card from Amazon.

Thanks! What does sprint need to do this? I've been with att, verizon and tmobile and switching sim just works for any phones (assuming it's locked to the carrier or unlocked). Sprint looks so outdated in comparison. Why are they doing that?
Sprint started with CDMA, and then added LTE for faster data. Your voice call is technically still tied to the device IMEI and the SIM is for provisioning LTE data; therefore, you have to pair the IMEI with the SIM on your account before the device would activate and work on the Sprint network under your account.
Quote from rusr :
I just talked to the online chat, they needed to add my phone to the database, which would take 72 hrs and I had to call back again to activate. If i lost my phone and needed a replacement, then i could be without a working phone for 72 hrs??
You can switch/change device/SIM yourself online anytime. You have to ask Sprint to do it due to a few reasons. Without knowing what device you have and the history of your device, it could be the device has the PLBL (private label) flag on it, which only works on Sprint MVNOs, and Sprint has to set it to SPCS for it to work on Sprint. You may also have to ask Sprint to add the device if it's not already in the Sprint database. There are a few other reasons, depending on which device and device history.

We're on the same sinking ship. A lil' info, there is no such thing as an ATT/Verizon Nexus 5. T-Mobile made a branded Nexus 5, but it is unlocked and usable at Sprint. Long story, short the incompetent, liars at Sprint will lie to you. I've been to 3 different store, live chatted & talked to 6 different reps on the phone. I've filed 2 support tickets and nothing. I think you have better chance of getting blood from a stone.

I'm in the process of porting and have not seen my Sprint account #...so can i register for online access yet?
Or do we get the information after we successfully port to Sprint?

Trying to port from FP. I'll wait til tomorrow if I have not heard anything from them.
I received a message with the subject Sign in to sprint.com. I received it shortly after hanging up with the rep and my T-mobile prepaid number ported quickly. I clicked on the link in the body of the message at "Sign in today to manage your account online" and signed up for online access.

I would like to know how people are finding their full account number for the Credit Union Offer. I can only see the last four digits of my account number online.

I got a SIM from Samsung with my unlocked Samsung S8. I am trying to activate it with my Iphone 7 Plus and they say that SIM is not compatible with the iphone. Any idea ? They say it will not get LTE or some thing like that.
Is it a Sprint SIM? It has to be a Sprint SIM. You can get a free Sprint SIM for your iP7+ from the Apple stores or the Sprint corporate stores.
Quote from dvrvarma :
When I give my unlocked S8+ from Tmobile its says the phone is not eligible. Do I need to do some thing for that to work ?
Yes, search for my posts if you are an advanced and experienced phone user. It may take some time to make it work, so use another device to secure the free line you wanted before the offer expires. You can switch/change the device later at any time.

Not sure what "Credit Union Offer" you are speaking of but once I have my # successfully ported....I was able to setup a password and sign in.

My autopay enrollment email gave me my account number. It seems all other email masks this info.

Anyone having sprint on iPhone experiencing faster battery drain?
Could be poor signal. Battery drains faster because the device has to hunt for available signal or bands hopping.

Does Sim SIMGLW436C work with iphone 7 Plus ?
Yes, that SIM is for Apple devices only; same SIM as those given out by the Apple stores.
