Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm also a SERO subscriber. Wondering is it finally time to give up the legacy plan, or should hold tight?
Which SERO and how much you pay? Depends on how many lines you need; for single line, it's still worth it if you play your card right. There is a $15 monthly service credit per line for the new SERO Unlimited if you buy a device on installments.

The website is glitchy. I always have to log in twice to see my bills. Could be also your bill has not been generated.

The free SIM I got from the apple store was part number SIMGWW216R. Called Sprint, they said the ICC numbers are not compatible?

Edit:
So that part number looks like it's for Apple only.

Which SIM card should I buy from Bestbuy for a Moto G4?
Thanks

Similar awful experience with my S8. Supposedly activated, but when inserted the SIM card, no network service. IMEI was also shorted the last digit on both phones I was planning to port, so makes me think that could be a contributor too. No resolution by calling 4! phone numbers at Sprint.

They are sending me NEW sims and I twice gave them my FULL IMEIs. They say 'everything will work' with the new ones. I am highly doubtful.

My original SIMs were 'ISIM V1' kits. Wonder if this is part of my problem.
Quote from edog11 :
They may have just been using the MEID. The IMEI is the same as the MEID + last digit. I believe the last digit is calculated from the MEID using the Luhn algorithm.
What edog11 said is correct. The last digit is just a checksum digit to validate the IMEI based on the Luhn algorithm.

No service could be because the number porting is not 100% completed if you use the correct SIM, and wireline number takes longer time to port than wireless number. A few issues can happen if the number porting is not 100% completed such as OTA provisioning/activation error, no incoming call, text goes to old carrier, no LTE, etc. When you port a number to another carrier, the new carrier actually assigns you a new number (known as MIN) and then ties that number to the number you are porting (known as MDN). The MDN has to be in synced with the MIN for everything to work correctly.

I have unLocked Att iPhone that I used with ringplus and freedompop before, so it can not pass the phone check. I end up using a phone that qualify to add a line, as soon as the line was activated, I switched to the att non eligible phone, repeated several times , finally got all my lines in

Get the SIMGLW446C or SIMOLW506C. SIMOLW506C is universal and works on all phones.

I am sorry that I can't read all comments and ask a question that already asked...

Can I swap a phone with another sprint phone after porting? Thanks!

Thank you (and edog) for the IMEI and MEID explanation. That makes sense.

I suppose my problem remains why something would take so long to port. Its a wireless number coming from Cricket (AT&T). Does this normally take 12+ hours or days?

I'm in an infinite loop. Can't register to network without account. Can't setup account without phone number registering...

edit: Tried 're-activating' and it went through. I have no idea why. All the same PIN and ACTIVATION numbers and everything. This time it worked. Holy hell, it just seems random.

Just signed up, got the message after credit check:

When you get your SIM card(s), go to www.sprint.com/activatenow to activate them, switch your number to Sprint and start enjoying your FREE 1-year of unlimited service.

If I have sprint sim card on hand before delivery, could I activate it now?
