I just signed up for the 1 year promotion switching from At&t. On the confirmation page it mention that my PIN was listed on the page and I need to write it down as it won't be sent in an email for my security. I looked at that page for 10 whole minutes looking for that PIN to no avail. Chatted with sprint over 20 minutes and the customer service person was talking completely about something different! Anyone with similar experience with the PIN? Please advise! Thanks

Boost doesnt like my IMEI but they rarely seem to pass anything I try there. I remember Boost rejecting lots of phones that worked just fine on R+.

Data speeds were already at a crawl where I wander in the DFW area, was with them for 10+ years... always super slow speeds.

Sprint should have sent you an email with a PIN number after signing up. They did for me, anyway.

I just tracked my cashback status and I see it has been denied

The pin will be the last six digits in the activation code from the order confirmation email when you activate the phone. It will not be on that page you were looking at even though it says that.

I don't know what is going on. It could be your IMEI is temporarily tied to another account due to typo or administrative error, which will be fixed once the error is corrected. If the IMEI is cloned onto another device by someone else, it's probably much faster to change/repair the IMEI on your phone than ask Sprint for help because I am not sure if Sprint will help you but only Sprint has the ability to deactivate that cloned phone so that you can use your phone again. To change/repair the IMEI on your phone, you would need EFS Professional and QPST. You have to google for detailed instructions as SD does not allow me to post them here.

I have the feeling that the selling/merging of Sprint is near. They don't care about network performance now as the number of subscribers speaks volumes if they were to sell/merge.

So, was just looking at my new Sprint account online and for some reason it's saying the plan is $5 / month?? From what I could find it's the 1 year free plan and I double checked services, but they're $0. I haven't seen a bill yet, so I don't know for sure, but anyone know why it'd say it's $5 / month?

It is $5/month, but wen you set up auto pay they will credit back this $5, so its $5-$5=$0. Its free
