Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Will this work with Motorola E2? It was with Ringplus and now with Freedom pop. Link says phones imei is not eligible. Thanks.
Yes, deactivate and delete/remove the E2 from FP, call Sprint and ask them to change the PLBL flag to SPCS and add the IMEI onto the Sprint database (if it's not already on the database). I would recommend call Sprint tech at 866-556-7310 (thanks The_Deal_R for posting that number) to do it because not all regular Sprint reps know how to do it.
Quote from coldwinter :
Did you call to have them remove the protection plan? I called and had them remove it, but it is still showing up in my account on their mobile site...
Sometimes, it will be removed immediately; other times, it will be removed on the next billing cycle with credit adjustment.
Quote from msmissy :
I have several unlocked iphone5s that were used on ringplus before, I am thinking of using it to sprint BYOD, i checked and it says eligible, BUT on the wiki it says 5s verizon only? Is there any way I can these phone?
The wiki is incorrect. You can use them and also use your existing Sprint SIMs. Call Sprint to change the PLBL flag to SPCS and add the IMEI onto the Sprint database (see above).

Your purchase attempt has been declined. Please try a different payment method to complete your purchase.
Anyone been getting this all day?
Try again later or call 866-782-8777. The website glitchy.
Quote from wellington :
Hopefully I don't have to call in. I'm wondering what the usual wait time is when trying to port online?
Wireless number takes 5-30 minutes to port. Wireline number takes 1-10 business days to port; most wireline completes within 3 business days or less. You can call Sprint porting dept at 888-876-8381 or 877-503-3269 to expedite the port. As soon as the other carrier agrees to release the number, Sprint can push and complete the port immediately.
Quote from TahleelP :
Can someone post instructions or PM me on how to get ineligible phones on the list? I have a basic flip phone for my father and two LTE tablets. I have a spare eligible iPhone 5S, if it helps. Thanks!

Edit: I'm also bringing over two eligible iPhone SEs from Cricket.
See my comment above. Flip phone may not work.

Which of the 2 will work with Spring or is it more dependent on the IMEI?

iPhone 6s (AT&T/SIM Free/A1633) MKQ62LL/A*

iPhone 6s (Global/A1688)MKT82LL/A*

http://www.everyi.com/by-identifi...umber.html

I want to switch by bringing in a phone but read people having problems.

Is it key to just run the IMEI on Ting and Swappa?
And the Ebay Apple GSX? (But who selling a used iphone will do that?)
Both iP6s will work. Running IMEI on Ting and Swappa is just to check the IMEI. Apple GSX report is to check that it has a clean BOH. See my comment above on how to add the IMEI onto the Sprint database. If the phones have been used on Sprint MVNO, you may have to ask Sprint to change the PLBL flag to SPCS also.
Quote from Iseecream188 :
Can someone please give me some advice? Currently using ATT and iPhone 5S, sprint is saying my phone is not eligible...
What are the model number (Axxxx) and part number (MxxxxLL/A) as printed on the box or found under Settings > General > About?
Quote from zslick :
hi , i have an IMEI number that requires PLBL to SPSC. Can you please help.. I used this phone on ringplus but they closed and I migrated to AT&T. It is Nexus 6 Google. I can PM IMEI. Appreciate your help
See my comment above.

I'm assuming as long as you get your order in on the 30th, you should be fine although the Sim won't arrive until after the deal expires.
No one knows if you have to activate the phone by the end date, but the promo has been extended till the end of July, so you still have plenty of time.

Just added the new Moto E4 from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Moto-4th-Generation-Exclusive-Lockscreen/dp/B071YC3G5V/ref=sr_tr_sr_3?ie=UTF8... [amazon.com] . The Sprint BYOD SIM does not work for this phone. If any of you decide to get it, make sure you use SIMGLW416Q. Purchased at BEstBuy for $2. Its the same SIM that the new Galaxy S8 uses.
What is the part number of that Sprint BYOD SIM that does not work?
Quote from the_slc_npl :
How did you get it working in boost Stylo 2? Using different IMEI and switching it later or something? I have few phones that support Sprint (used in sprint mvno before )but its not accepted by promotion page.
Thanks.

What are your phone make and model, and history of phone? Try the Sprint tech at 866-556-7310 (thank The_Deal_R for posting that number). May have to try several times until you get someone who knows how to do it.

John in tech dept was great. I tried last night to swap in a LG g2 with the other support number. First said the sim was bad I said no the flag needs to be flipped. Anyway eventually she said she had to make a ticket. I also tried swapping it in just before my call this morning and the website wanted me to call. John swapped it in with no problem. Thanks for the number. Now i can return my recently purchased G4 play to BB. The GPS failed on day 2 of usage. Very common on this phone I've read. So buyer beware. Reps and have a great 4th.
I'm glad it worked out for you. You have a happy 4th too Smilie

I ported back out/back in as well to get the promo. They were taking too long to fix the plan. If you need to get your credit checked over the phone, have a sim card IN-HAND to before they attempt to run your credit. Otherwise, they'll put you on a "temporary" plan because the person who sends you sim cards has already created an account for you making you technically ineligible for the plan. Then they'll say the "back office" is the only one who can fix it over the period of 7-10 days.

Do you think it's possible to avoid the high tax rate in certain states by changing the billing address to somewhere with lower tax rates?

It's only $3 to $5 per line. Do you really need to do that?
