Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Keep calling Sprint until you get someone who knows how to change the MVNO flag. Don't tell them that you want to sign up for the free plan until the MVNO flag is changed to SPCS because they will just tell you that it is not eligible for the free plan.

If you are approved for more than three lines, you can add additional line(s) with any plan (either BYOP or buy device with installment, depending on your approved credit line/limit). Keep in mind that number of lines approved and credit line/limit approved are two different things as I have explained earlier in another post. You can have different plans on the same account. Since I don't know the number of lines you are approved for, it could be either the Sprint rep is clueless or you are approved for three lines only. As for credit line/limit, you can always do down payment if your credit line is not enough to cover the device you want to buy with installment payment.
What if the device is not linked with any MVNO? I have Moto X 2nd gen which was bought unlocked and never with any MVNO. How can I get this device added to sprint database?

I wouldn't bother continuing that transaction. Best Buy took my money, but then called me on Monday to tell me that I have to change my plan. Now I have to fight to get a refund. It's too bad I live about 50 miles from the nearest store.
Quote from macrokelvin :
Yes, ask Sprint or LiterallyUnlimited to change the MVNO flag from PLBL to SPCS so that it can be activated on the Sprint plan.
What about an older Moto G (4G LTE...1st or 2nd generation) from Cricket?
I checked the number and IMEI on Sprint's website and it was rejected.

Anyway to get this phone accepted or is it dead in the water?

Has anyone successfully been able to add "Premium international experience" from services onto the free year plan? It's says it's 0.00 for me but never gets added on after I click save.
I was able to get it added successfully without any issues last week.

I drive for Lyft full time and having a second phone strictly to drive is a lot easier for me to manage everything Lyft related. Additionally Lyft burns through data especially when
I'm streaming music the entire day. Im currently on a T-mobile Simple Choice 10GB plan with 5 lines for $140 so im not trying to upgrade everyone to unlimited data when im the only one that ever goes over usage.

Now that im porting the google voice number i use for Lyft ill have a dedicated driving phone I can just use when im driving Applause

Has anyone been successful with just swapping sims from devices without swapping IMEIs with Sprint?

Has anyone gotten a Verizon Galaxy S8 to work with this plan?
