Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just cancelled sprint and moved back to Verizon after 3 weeks of this deal. The sprint network is terrible and you only get 100 mb while "roaming" which is pretty much all the time. Verizon gave me $100 per line I moved back and waived the activation fee of $60 for 2 lines. Switched to Verizon unlimited. Asked for Verizon "win back team". They only work during normal business hours but everything went pretty well.

Does anyone here know, can I just change replace the phone IMEI in my account online (it's with Tello right now) with another phone, would that do it?
You have to put a different phone on the Tello line or terminate the Tello line. If you put a different phone on, it either has to use the same type SIM card or you will need to get a new SIM card unless of course the different phone isn't an LTE phone.

Also, does anyone know if an unlocked iPhone 7+ purchased directly from Apple would be in the Sprint database already, or would it need to be added? It has only been on Sprint MVNOs.
Was this a SIM free model? If so and you have it on a Sprint MVNO, then it is already whitelisted. But you will need to change the ownership flag.

first off i read through like 300 pages on this thread and it took me like 10 days though i did skip certain posters posts as they were pretty much useless, also people there is this thing called multi-quote and if people used it i probably would have read this entire thread by now

i use to be a sprint sero customer for like 9 yrs but i'm currently with tmobile and have a nexus 6p... i was actually thinking about going back to sprint before i saw this deal so this made it easy decision, sprint coverage just seemed better for me. so last night i checked my phone and number and went fine but i didnt pass credit so i tried again earlier and same thing so i called telesales. got to Jen pretty quick and she was really nice and help. side note i use to dread calling sprint but since i've cancelled service dealing with their reps over the phone has been pretty pleasant.

back to the call, i explained to Jen i didnt get past credit so thats reason for my call and she suggested i go to a store to get the SIM, luckily i was at work and there was a store a few blocks away so she waited on hold while i walked to the store but the first 2 store reps i spoke with didnt wanna help so i had them talk to Jen and a 3rd store rep said just to sell me the SIM as a online order after confirming the phone and it cost me $10 so saved 4 bucks from ordering online, headed back to my office and gave her my details whole walking but then she said there was a $8 charge from my previous account told her i had no idea from what(i think it might have been from the airave which i returned) so it took a while but she was able to get it waived. she then patched in Amy from credit and she asked me some weird questions but i passed that as well. then she asked for my IMEI and ICCID from SIM but then she said it wasn't compatible and i have to go back to the store later to get the correct one and Jen will call me back

the SIM i have is the SIMOLW416Q, does anyone know what is the correct SIM i should be getting for the Nexus 6P? thank you in advance.

So as you were upgrading the line to another iPhone SE through BB, you paid off the outstanding balance on the existing DPP?

Quote from akhere :

So the second one you paid off through Sprint app on the phone?

Have the charges appeared on your credit card statements yet?

This may have been answered, but there are a lot of posts to work through.

If I have 2 phones under the BYOD free plan (one old, one brand new), I understand I can't swap the SIMs. However, can Sprint simply swap the phone numbers (so my old phone number is now on the new phone)?

TIA

Yes you can always put a different phone on your line, but again, you need to have the proper SIM for the different phone you want on your line. The current SIM may be the proper SIM but it just depends on the phones.

It may take until the billing cycle renews on that account for the financing agreement to show as cleared. I would call Sprint back and ask for a supervisor and see if there is anything they can do to mark the financing agreements as paid in the system since the charges are showing up on your credit card already.

You also can ask on the sprint subreddit to see if they have any ideas.
