Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Which eBay buyer did you buy the unlock service from?
If the phone is a Boost or VM or Sprint PP phone, you need to both get it unlocked and get the FED cleared for it to work on this deal.

I got 2 connections and did the number portability to Sprint .Just to Buy the SIM with customer care it took 2hrs 30 mins for each SIM and I called them for Activation of the SIM which took me around 3 hrs in the call, customer care keeps on calling and asking me the same information repeatedly, So finally it got activated ..after a week I got a mail stating that my Bill is $127 due ..So, I am fed up to call to customer care so I Used the Chat support and after providing all the details and they took 1 hr to tell me that my supervisor will call me to rectify this problem within 2-3 days and nobody called me .So today again I had a chat with one of the agents again they told me that the plan was showing Unlimited Freedom that's why I was charged, and my problem will correct again in 2-3 days they said. So, I might not use this services anymore..they don't have a record and the plan they promised is BYOD and billing will be "0" for one year and the first week I got a bill of $127 .
This is Sprint in a nutshell. They are lying to you. Call and cancel with satisfaction guarantee on this front page.

I got my bill... $2.44 for 2 lines. I live in Las Vegas and I've had excellent calls and data. I've used it all over the city and is been great so far. I might get another line since its extended.

I opened a new Sprint account for the BYOD promo and setup one line with my new Moto E4. Afterwards, I went on the Bestbuy site and ordered another line with the 16GB SE. Bestbuy Mobile called me and asked what plan I wanted for the second line and I told them the $45 plan. The phone hasn't shipped yet. I just received via email the device agreement document. I plan on cancelling the second line after I pay the device off and hopefully get it unlocked. When does the 14 day window start?

Also, from what I've read in the thread, I would imagine I will receive a bill soon which will contain both lines. I'm setup for autopay. Even if I cancel the second line, won't Sprint charge my card for the full invoice amount? I'm not interested in a credit being applied to my account later on, because I'm only going to have the one line which is a few dollars each month. I suspect the first bill will be more than $100. The single line charge for one year would only be around $50. Can someone explain what is going to happen with my billing?

What iPhone SE? Unless it was a Sprint iPSE, it didn't have band 41. Updating has nothing to do with it.

Tmobile, AT&T and Verizon iPSE's don't have Band 41. They are really, really bad choices to use on Sprint.

It doesn't have Band 41, it is a bad choice for Sprint:

http://www.pcmag.com/news/343091/...r-agnostic

"The AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon units, as well as the unlocked unit, do not work well on Sprint or on Canadian carriers. These units are model A1662. It has the LTE bands for AT&T (2/4/5/17/29), T-Mobile (2/4/12), and Verizon (4/13), but not all of Sprint's bands. Sprint's high-speed Band 41, also known as Spark, is missing. While you will get some Sprint LTE signal on bands 25 and 26, it won't be the best speeds. "

If you want to use an iPSE on Sprint, you need to buy the Sprint model.

To anybody in the Baltimore area I wouldn't go with sprint if you can afford it. It's free now so it's cool. But I have T-Mobile too and it blows sprint away. And I know people with Verizon who are happy too. Ask anybody about sprint around here and they'll tell you how bad the service is. I ported a unused line over to use with an iPhone I keep in my car for the iPod controls so I can search the web and stream music. Been doing speed test and looking at Sprint coverage map they are way behind the competition. And the process for switching between phones is ridiculous when others, don't know about Verizon, allows you to just switch SIM cards. After the free year is up I'm dropping sprint and just using T-mobile bing on. On T-Mobile and Verizon I've gotten speed test results of over 140 MBs inside a warehouse. The highest on sprint so far has been 29 outside but I've mostly been below the mid teens, single digits with no service in my house where T-Mobile gives me 50 mbs. But getting Tidal for 6 months for free is nice though, even though searching for songs is a mess. And used sprint phones are way cheaper then anybody else. And I've told maybe 10 people about this deal and I'm the only one to take advantage of it. That should tell you something. Now if Verizon was giving away a free year......
Depends really on how you use your phone. I've tested Sprint's speed too vs Verizon and AT&T and it is so much slower, but I don't know why people would need 150mbps or even 50mbps if they just surf on different websites and go to Facebook and text their friends. Even watching 1080p video on YouTube is ok when I had Cricket before at capped 8mbps. At work we have wifi doing 80mbps and I don't see any difference with the way I use my phone, which is safe to say what at least 75% of the people use their phones too. Most important thing really is to make sure you have coverage wherever you go and it's good for your particular use, whether it be talk or data.

Store reps don't want Slickdeals people, we don't give them any commissions. This is an online only promo which Sprint don't even advertise.
