Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Do you have to call to get it activated no matter if you use the SIM they send you thru this deal, or, one from somewhere else like Twigby? I thought everything for this deal was done online. Some people have posted issues when they called in & tried to register for this deal, so I would like to avoid that if possible. (Thanks very much for you quick & informed replies!!)
I have done everything online. I ordered sim directly from sprint and paid "$10 shipping". You don't have to talk to a human being.

Then I won't pay the the credit card company.
Then they will charge you interest and turn you over to collections and there will be collection costs and attorneys fees to pay on top of the interest. The collections agency will get a judgment against you and will be able to levy on your bank accounts. All of that will get reported to the credit agencies making it harder for you to get loans and credit cards in the future.

If you do win the credit card dispute, Sprint will turn you over to collections, charge you interest, collection costs and attorneys fees.

Your best bet is to contact the executive relations people.

I did, I was using an unlocked phone I registered when i signed up for the deal, and when i tried to activate the new phone they're saying i cant.
Just open a chat session with them on the website and tell them you want to swap phones on your line. Swapping shouldn't be an issue (in theory).

Holy shit man none of that will ever happen over a $50 charge. The most likely thing is the bank grants the chargeback as a courtesy without even investigating, then I cancel service with Sprint and go back to Gophone. Maybe Sprint somehow sorts this out, seems really unlikely at this point.

If your bizarre scenario would somehow happen I'd take it to small claims/arbitration and win there.

No one pays lawyers over $50. Jfc.

For sure if you don't pay your credit card bill or your Sprint bill it will get reported to the collection agencies. And if you don't win the cc dispute, your cc company will continue to charge you interest on the amount, no ifs ands or buts about it.

If you paid your bill with an AMEX, then yes. But if it was with another card, it's not as likely.

You are completely ignorant of how the system works. They don't pay the lawyers, you do. The collection costs and attorneys fees get charged to YOU. If you have no assets, they can't ever collect. But if you have a bank account, they can levy on the bank account and the attorneys fees, collection costs, interest and original amount due will be taken from your bank account.

You have no idea how it works dude and you apparently don't know what levy on a bank account means.

It will never get to that because the chargeback is 99.95% likely to go in my favor.

I don't care what gets reported. I will not pay a fraudulent charge.

Yeah I messaged the guy about these executive contacts. We'll see. Near zero chance they fix it.

None of these things are ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to happen over $50. They just don't.

I know _precisely_ how the system works. You're engaging in full on bullshitting, gaslighting, and fearmongering.

This deal is for new customers. If they reactivated an account you just closed, I doubt you will get the free plan.
I'll give it a day or two and then reach out to the contacts macrokelvin posted. The CSR pushed through the order, but we have seen how useless these reps are generally.
