Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just signed up via the TeleSales department, which they outsource to the Phillipines. Took 36 minutes, but the rep had to grab someone from the credit department for further help because I had opened an account this past Saturday to do the iPhone SE deal. They reactivated the account and temporarily put me on a 2 GB / $40 plan until the back office places me on the free unlimited plan. The most annoying part of the call was the guy relentlessly selling the protection plan. It was so bad that he got to the point where he said it was mandatory and he even put me on 'hold' to confirm that I could proceed without it. Fingers crossed, hoping everything works going forward...
I let him put it and I cancelled TEP 2 days after, I was charged 2 Days * 13$/30Days = 0.8$ for it

Just checked my online account and it's saying I owe $38.74 from the SE deal (includes credit for the installment payoff). I will wait a few days before I contact the two Sprint lady reps per other people's advice.

You've obviously missed Macrokelvin's posts. He listed 2 women's contacts at sprint who can easily fix your issue. The worst thing you could do is file a dispute. You may never get onto sprint in the future. I would drop the dispute quickly and contact these 2 women. You'll have to search macrokelvin's posts.
If anyone finds his post regarding the contact information for these 2 women can you please put it in the wiki?

Yes, I ported the account out to Ting then Ting to T-Mobile. Since I opened the account so recently, there was no additional credit check AFAIK.

Did you pay anything for that deal.. or they waived off all charges like monthly fee, activation fee etc. or how did it happen...I mean if bill is still under dispute and you reactivated account then you have to pay all charges..isnt it

You can only use the same SIM card if your current SIM card is compatible with the new phone you are trying to activate. And it won't allow you to do it online yourself sometimes, not sure why it blocks it sometimes.

I've used TMobile Prepaid many times. The number you setup on TMobile is available immediately to port. The sim card is a little expensive but you won't need to charge the account. I purchased some sim cards from Bestbuy when they were selling them for $3.00 each.

You are still better off trying to contact those executive customer relations people that macrokelvin posted. Your credit card company may very well not side with you.

This deal is for new customers. If they reactivated an account you just closed, I doubt you will get the free plan.
