Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I activated my first line by phone. The CSR specifically asked if I had my own SIM. It indeed was not easy, but mostly due to some nonsensical credit issue.

I think you HAVE to activate subsequent lines by phone.

Did you get your first bill yet? Did it look correct? Just a few dollars?

Thanks again for all your help.

Do I need a new sim card? or just insert the iphone 7 sim card to MOTO g5?

I also want to know the procedure for swapping devices. I think it should be stickied since a lot of people have said it works through various methods while other have said it does not work. So you most likely need a new sim card to swap devices and you cannot go to the store to do any of this so how exactly does the swap work once the original sim is activated?

I was charged $54.81 instead of $4.81. No one has ever called me back, none of the promised bill credits are there. I've started a dispute with my credit card company.

Why don't you activate the phone you originally registered with the plan first and then switch to the new phone???
I did, I was using an unlocked phone I registered when i signed up for the deal, and when i tried to activate the new phone they're saying i cant.

This deal is NOT available at retail store. They can't help you! Many of us including me had swapped device via chat. No problem at all.
When was this? i think sprint changed their policy or something because no one will help me. Every CSR i tried said i would have to change plans

I tried this and it would not work... It just kept getting stuck on the last step and telling me to go to the store.

BTW anyone wondering, the Phone i signed up with was an unlocked iPhone 6s , the "new" one i was trying to activate was a sprint iPhone 6s. I wanted two separate phones and lines (I have another active T-Mobile account). Since they're telling me the promotion is "locked" to the phone, i guess i just have to get a T-mobile phone Confused
I really wouldn't put it beyond sprint to update their policy without letting anyone know smh.

I signed up. Got phone activated. The first day, I used up 25GB downloading stuff and watching movies. LTE speed was around 6-10Mb/s. The next day, I can no longer get LTE, only 3G, and the access cuts in and out. It's bad enough to not be usable.

I thought deprioritize only takes place when network is congested, so I tried it at various times of the day. It never got better than 3G and sporadically, even at 3AM. It doesn't sound like deprioritize to me.

I called up Sprint CS. They had me do the reset code (*#*#72786#*#*), which didn't help. They checked the local towers, and there's no reported outage.

So, am I being deprioritized, or didn't my phone activate properly? If the second, then why did I get LTE on the first day?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion to resolve this.

MHS, P2P and VPN reduced to 2G speeds after 10GB/mo.

So if you're using it as a Hotspot, after 10gigs you're pretty much done.

Prevents people from taking advantage trying to use Sprint as their ISP. I'm all for unlimited, but when you're clearly using it as your main internet source, I don't have a lot of sympathy for your issue.

You've obviously missed Macrokelvin's posts. He listed 2 women's contacts at sprint who can easily fix your issue. The worst thing you could do is file a dispute. You may never get onto sprint in the future. I would drop the dispute quickly and contact these 2 women. You'll have to search macrokelvin's posts.

Just signed up via the TeleSales department, which they outsource to the Phillipines. Took 36 minutes, but the rep had to grab someone from the credit department for further help because I had opened an account this past Saturday to do the iPhone SE deal. They reactivated the account and temporarily put me on a 2 GB / $40 plan until the back office places me on the free unlimited plan. The most annoying part of the call was the guy relentlessly selling the protection plan. It was so bad that he got to the point where he said it was mandatory and he even put me on 'hold' to confirm that I could proceed without it. Fingers crossed, hoping everything works going forward...
