Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'll give it a day or two and then reach out to the contacts macrokelvin posted. The CSR pushed through the order, but we have seen how useless these reps are generally.
I don't see why they would give it to you either. This deal is for new customers only. I don't think closing and reactivating a Sprint account in such a short time counts since if it would, all sprint customers could do that and get free service.

You needed to have used a different person as the account owner, not reactivate a Sprint account you just closed.

You are wrong. The wireless carriers are ruthless about getting their money.
No I'm right. There's $4.81 for them to get, which I will pay, but not $54.81. And that's easily proved to my cc company or a judge/arbitrator. The facts are clear, obvious, and largely public.

Just search the thread for the contact info. Don't be so lazy.

Just the opposite is true. 100% chance it will be fixed.
I'm quite sure I haven't been lazy given that I called Sprint about this...7 or 8 times now? That's to the main number. More calls to a supposedly better number that would also fix this.
Which didn't happen. And I did search and couldn't find them. If you haven't noticed SD's search system is trash.

They certainly haven't fixed shit so far.

Although you could get the amount due down to $4.81 if you took it to court, if you didn't at least pay that amount you would still have to pay the interest on it as well as all of the collection costs/attorneys fees. And there are fees associated with filing in small claims court and although you can ask for the fees to be awarded to you, we don't have a loser pays system so it is at the discretion of the judge. If you didn't at least pay the $4.81, then the judge isn't going to award you fees.

It would be so stupid to let it progress to collections and a bank account levy when you could simply contact executive relations. Just plain old stupid.

You misunderstood my post. When I said lazy, I meant about you messaging another poster rather than searching the thread for the info.

Search for marci - that's her name. There is another lady too but I forget her name.

The two names I see are Marci Carris and Elisa Manzo. I have not called either yet.

I was approve for 5 lines so how do I activate the second line. My first line is now working as free unlimited for one year. Is activating the second line like activitating the first line? What is the process for the second line? Thanks

I guess it takes some intelligence to do search SD thread... I cant help you to get smarter.
But the least can help is help you narrow it down to 50 pages, just check my earlier post and check my hint.LMAO

I just got done activating 1 line. (20k AA miles) + $50 referral. Rep on the phone told me just to simply call in if I wanted to add others to my account.

TBF, I'm not mentioned in the Wiki. But the benefit I provide is *super* YMMV. I'm better off not being there.

Just signed up via the TeleSales department, which they outsource to the Phillipines. Took 36 minutes, but the rep had to grab someone from the credit department for further help because I had opened an account this past Saturday to do the iPhone SE deal. They reactivated the account and temporarily put me on a 2 GB / $40 plan until the back office places me on the free unlimited plan. The most annoying part of the call was the guy relentlessly selling the protection plan. It was so bad that he got to the point where he said it was mandatory and he even put me on 'hold' to confirm that I could proceed without it. Fingers crossed, hoping everything works going forward...
Wow you must be really really irritated! That's just atrocious! Imagine getting an SE for $60, free service for a year and you were forced to listen to a sales pitch? From an outsorced rep no less?! I would call my Cellphone Congresswman if I were you. Maybe start a protest.
The problem with promotions such as this is the people it attracts

Did anyone get a PIN number in the confirmation page after placing an order for a sim ? It just says this page contains your PIN information but there is no such number.
