Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You expect people in this thread actually read the wiki or any of the posts??OMG
Right? This thread might be half as long if they did.nod

TBF, I'm not mentioned in the Wiki. But the benefit I provide is *super* YMMV. I'm better off not being there.
We'll try to keep you under the radar, but your benefits really are "super".nod

Did anyone get a PIN number in the confirmation page after placing an order for a sim ? It just says this page contains your PIN information but there is no such number.
I remember this topic coming up previously. Might want to try the search box. Or check your sprint emails.

Hey guys,
Currently I have 1 free line and 3 freedom lines.
Apparently, csr messed up those 3 freedom lines and said cant fix it.
So I was wondering if I can just port out those 3 lines?
Will it cancel my account?
Reason why I would rather port out instead of call to cancel is because I already tried that and they would transfer over and over or disconnect my call during transfer. Spent way too much time already doing that.
Thanks.

Wow you must be really really irritated! That's just atrocious! Imagine getting an SE for $60, free service for a year and you were forced to listen to a sales pitch? From an outsorced rep no less?! I would call my Cellphone Congresswman if I were you. Maybe start a protest.
The problem with promotions such as this is the people it attracts
Oh, the irony freddiez

I tried chat, phone, and even spoke to a sprint "executive". Can't get free plan on those 3 lines. So I am wondering if I can just port those 3 lines out and if it would cancel my account or not

Thanks. But it says, to activate you need a PIN. So I don't need one to activate ?

How long did it take to port from T-Mobile to Sprint? Did it at 9pm ET tonight, it is now 11pm ET.

Check Port Status page still says In Progress on all 4 lines.

I ordered the SIMs and completed the porting 100% online. It has been super smooth so far.

Moto X Pure (XT1575)
Galaxy S7 Edge (SM-G935U)
iPhone 6s (A1688?) x 2

I got approved for 5 lines also but i only have 1 line now free from porting in. Are you saying it's as easy as calling and just saying give me 4 more free lines or do i have to port in 4 more numbers? Thanks.

After using for over two weeks, all I can say is it's pathetic service and erratic coverage..added to that can't use data and voice at same time, example Google maps rerouting doe not work, if you missed a turn while in a call..I may switch back to h20..

Its only four days since I moved out of ATT, service is ok here in DFW. Are sure Google Maps rerouting won't work because of no simultaneous use voice & data? I thought Google Maps in smart phones completely works of mobile Data and only use phone speakers. No cellular voice involved in GPS navigation. Can someone confirm this?
