Thanks. But it says, to activate you need a PIN. So I don't need one to activate ?
I don't think so when you activate online at sprint.com/activatenow, at least I don't recall.

After using for over two weeks, all I can say is it's pathetic service and erratic coverage..added to that can't use data and voice at same time, example Google maps rerouting doe not work, if you missed a turn while in a call..I may switch back to h20..
i'm not knocking the people that do have good service but mine was horrible
i wish mine had been good
i had to switch back to verison
with sprint it is a flip of the coin i wish they would spend more money on towers or merge with anther company

Google map has option to download maps to use offline. You don't have to have LTE while using google map. dig that.

Sprint service does suck, but to be fair, your Google map issue was not related.

How long does it take to get the SIM Card by going thru the website to get the deal? Do they send it next day shipping? UPS? Fedex? Regular Mail? Thanks!

MHS, P2P and VPN reduced to 2G speeds after 10GB/mo.

So if you're using it as a Hotspot, after 10gigs you're pretty much done.

Prevents people from taking advantage trying to use Sprint as their ISP. I'm all for unlimited, but when you're clearly using it as your main internet source, I don't have a lot of sympathy for your issue.
Really, you should learn to read better. I'm not asking for your sympathy. And please save the moral outrage for your own pecadilloes. If you don't have anything positive to add, then don't reply, and stop contributing to this thread's horrendously high noise level. We're at 6000+ posts, most of which are useless wrangling and chest-beating like yours.

If I were using the hotspot feature, then I wouldn't have gotten to 25GB in the first place. Again, reading is your friend.

In any event, I've figured it out, and have resumed pigging out at the trough. Smilie It wasn't deprioritization, just a configuration issue. YUMMY! Smilie

That is correct. Sprint is a CDMA carrier and they don't have VoLTE yet.

I tried chat, phone, and even spoke to a sprint "executive". Can't get free plan on those 3 lines. So I am wondering if I can just port those 3 lines out and if it would cancel my account or not
Don't know how they messed it up. When I called in to sign up, I always first ask the sale person if they know about the free unlimited build. If they said yes then continue with them. Also, at the end of the setup, they also read you the agreement. If it does not say free until July 2018, then tell them to correct on the spot.

So what's the verdict on the AA promotion? I've searched this thread and it sounds iffy.

All these promotion/referral take 4-6 weeks, so unless someone have a time machine , no one know whether it will go through, For god sake if you want to sign up just put in your AA number, fill in the form and give them the phone number, take less than 1 min!!!!

On a side note why are people keep asking stupid question like thisConfused
