Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes - no miles yet, still processing (8-10weeks), but I don't see why people who signed up wouldn't get them

I signed up online, got the sim card and activated it..porting in from cricket. However, nothing happened for a couple of days (tried to verify over chat and phone, even called porting dept. from wiki). I finally had to call telesales and basically sign up again over the phone.

So far so good after that - 1st bill $4.xx

Thanks

I do realize the promotion terms. There are numerous times that terms state wait so long to get credit yet the credit comes way early. ALSO, a commenter stated they got an email saying if you enroll in the Sprint Miles Promotion for AAdvantage members that you'll be removed from the Sprint Discount Program. Does that mean the free 1 year of sprint? Maybe someone signed up and their Sprint plan changed? I'm just seeking more info before I sign up.

Quote from keung :
All these promotion/referral take 4-6 weeks, so unless someone have a time machine , no one know whether it will go through, For god sake if you want to sign up just put in your AA number, fill in the form and give them the phone number, take less than 1 min!!!!

On a side note why are people keep asking stupid question like thisConfused

You won't get them because you're already getting a free year of service. Same reason why referrals and credit union rewards won't work. All the money they'd normally pay for marketing is going into giving a year of free service.

Just checked the status on my credit union rebate and it was denied due to an ineligible plan. Anyone else?

Free cell service AND free miles? I'm thinking it's highly unlikely, but I do hope I'm wrong.

In singing up for this deal online, can you get the SIM card ordered before telling them what service you are coming from? Or do they ask for the service you are coming from before sending you the SIM card? Thanks

Can the porting a number be done online, or would you have to go in to a Sprint store?

My parents are switching from AT&T. They called Sprint and they were told they would need to go in to a store. I know some reps sometimes say the wrong things. They aren't young and my mom has knee issues, so don't want her to have to go to the store if she doesn't have to.

If someone who went through the process can please let me know that would be great.

I apologize, as I'm guessing this was covered in the thread, but there are over 400 pages to read through.

I would like to know before signing up if the screen where they mail you the SIM card comes before having to input what service you are coming from. Can I tell them after getting the SIM card in the mail what service I am coming from?

Can someone who has signed up for the deal offer any info?

Thank you.

Phone call. The stores are not going to want to do this, and probably don't even know how to do it. There's a special phone number for this promo with reps that are trained on how to set it all up.
