If the sprint iPhone is not active on sprint line it should work.
Enter sprint iPhone imei and GV number or any other non sprint mvno number into eligibility checker to verify that it works.
It it doesn't work then the phone possibly has mvno flag attached to it.
2) Thanks. https://sickw.com/ says: "Service: SPRINT USA CLEAN/STOLEN ⇒ Price: 0.05$
Checks the ESN/IMEI/MEID status for Phones purchased from SPRINT USA." Min recharge is $20.
2) There no payment required

just put imei in the box and click on the pink box and it will tell you if its clean or not
my boost iPhone SE says UNPAID BILLS
my sprint unlocked one says CLEAN&ACTIVE
"Service: SPRINT USA CLEAN/STOLEN ⇒ Price: 0.05$" and when I select Pink -> arrow it returns a Frown face, : ( but No results.

However, Sprint phone check is still giving a message:
"Sorry, but this device can't be activated with Sprint service. Try another device, or Shop for a new device."
Yes, it's must be the MVNO flag. And, yes...Sprint want me to buy their new phone.

Just go to the 7th line (from the bottom), you 'll see: FREE - SPRINT USA CLEAN/STOLEN. And, punch in your IMEI. It says $0.05, but I didn't pay...!!!
Both the FED must be cleared and the ownership flag must be set to SPCS.
I figured it out with your help. When I put the MEID in decimal format it thinks that is a 'SN' and wants to charge $0.05. I converted it to MEID (Hex) and that worked.
For both Sprint prepaids Moto E2 and LG Tribute Duo it says: CLEAN&ACTIVE. Ting and Swappa checked out OK.
Does that mean I ashould be able to swap these into existing 1YFBYOD? Do I have to change its status to 'inactive'? Not sure how. These were on R+ which is no more.

Does passing sickw. with 'CLEAN&ACTIVE' + Ting OK, + swappa OK > mean it has passed FED?
What else can you do to verify it has passed FED? These phone were grandfathered in R+ 'pre-FED' if that matters.
As I noted earlier, even LiterallyUnlimited

Sorry guess you've tried.
