Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

if you are already Sprint customer, call tech support ask them to file ClickIT ticket. It will takes 3 days to process. If you're not Sprint customer, you will have a hard time to find someone to help you.
Yeah, tech support wont file a ClickIT ticket for non-customers, sucks.

Will sprint allow you to port in/change phone numbers after the line is active on the free plan? I have a separate number on Ting attached to an ineligible device that I'd like to keep. I've been keeping the Ting line active until I'm on the free plan.
I'm so confused of your question. Are you trying to port in twice to same line? Your Sprint free line has nothing to do with your Ting line. You can keep your Ting line as long as you want.

I want to port in a different throw away number to the free byod plan and then change the number to the ting number, canceling that account

I'm trying to avoid porting my ting to h20 and paying h20 $10. Is there any way for sprint to port in a different number after the free plan line is active ?

you cant just change your Sprint number to Ting's number. If you like your Ting number you can port it to google voice. From GV you can forward all your calls to your Sprint number. You can also use google hangout too.

OK, I'm a Sprint customer now & I want to file a ClickIT ticket. What is the best reason should I tell Sprint's tech? (Simply, request them to add the ESN of my VZ device to Sprint database...???)

Is there a way to get the Sprint visual voicemail app on an unlocked phone (Moto E4)? My previous sprint branded phone had it but this one doesn't.

Just tell the tech you would like to swap or activate an unlocked device to your account. The ESN needs to add into Sprint's database. Just mention ClikIT ticket. If he doesn't know what that is, hangup and talk to someone else.

Has anyone successfully added a line using a textnow number? I know the checker says it's eligible, but has anyone actually done it? Please reply.

Successfully activate the offer under iPhone 6s from Verizon. Will it work if I put the Sprint sim card into iPhone SE from Boost Mobile? Thanks!

Nope, you need to call or chat to swap device. And make sure the iphone SE is allowed on Sprint first.

Steps followed for FreedomPop with nexus 6 which was previously on RP

1) Had used my nexus 6 previously on ringplus, so it did not pass the eligibility test. The MVNO flag had to be reset.
2) 06/23 Went to sprint community and sent PM to Sprint representative who had helped someone with similar kind of problem. I shared my IMEI and he created a 'click it ticket'
3) In the meanwhile called freedompop support and got the account and PIN number to be used during port
4) 06/26 afternoon checked the eligibility of the phone and it passed. Ordered the SIM, didnt face any issue with credit check.
5) 06/27 afternoon got the SIM and activated it. The activation went smooth, got the confirmation email which says the phone should be active in the next 10 mins.
6) Waited till 6 pm and saw that the port was not complete. As suggested by SDers here contacted the number in the wiki for porting.
7) The sprint rep was friendly, he asked whether the number was a GV or FreedomPop one, i promptly said it was FP. He said the port is in progress and will take 2 more days and he can push it right away if i want. I said yes, and the port was done within a minute and he said to check after 10 mins
8) Phone activated, get around 10 Mbps down

Thanks for your help SDers

can you tell me where this Sprint Community is and who is the Sprint Rep that help you? I have similar problem with the Nexus 6

thanks a lot

Mine was unlocked mine but I had used with TING. So I released from TING by chatting with them.
