Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I picked the Motorola G4 play phone up yesterday and would like to activate on sprint one year free plan

I need a SIM card

I called local sprint stores and it is not available

How do I get one? Should I use the promom number to order one? Someone mentioned this makes one ineligible for a free line

Appreciate help from anyone with experiemce
find a cooperate sprint store, they will give you one for free. actually gave me 3 of them.

kwaboatYes "calling plus" I couldn't think of the name Sprint is branding it as.
I just updated to it (via OTA update) and it seems to work fine on my Samsung S8+! Finally, simultaneous voice and web entirely over LTE! It is working fine so far in brief testing.

1. I am little confused. I thought that the taxes and fee is based on $5.00 monthly charge, but just now when I did online chat with Sprint agent, she told me that taxes and fee is based on full price of $50. In CA taxes and fee is around 20%, does that mean I'll have to pay around $10 for taxes and fee?

2. I want to port two lines to Sprint, can I order two SIM cards at the same time, or I'll have to do one by one?

Looks like I'm a Sprint customer now, as far as deals after signing up it's just the AA miles and Love my credit union bonus. Anything else? No one has gotten the Sprint referral to work right?

It has no contract. If the tax and fee is too much for you, you can cancel it anytime. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's an average $4 per line here.

So I got in on this deal when it first started a few months ago. Now I want to add a line and I was curious what is the easiest and cheapest way to do this assuming I already have a phone that I can use.

That is really good news to hear. Is everything seamless? I was wondering about the handoff. What area are you in?

The tax per line in MA ended up to be under $3.50 per line
Does this includes $1.99 admin fee, $0.40 regulatory fee, or that is separate?

It is completely seamless so far. In fact, you can only turn it on or off. I am leaving it on permanently. There are no other settings. I have only used the phone at home so far though. I am in Raleigh NC.
