Yesterday I placed two separate SIM orders for two different numbers (about 10 min apart). Each number is meant to be on its own account.

Sprint actually sent the two SIM cards together (same address) in the same package. I have no idea which ICCID is linked to which number/order, if it matters. I'm also now concerned that Sprint might have lumped the two separate orders into one account, if they saw the address was the same on each order.

On each invoice the "Account/PO Number" is the same 9-digit number, listed under the warehouse info section. The other numbers (e.g. order #) are different. If anyone has an idea about this I appreciate it.
The iccid number doesn't matter. You can activate with any compatible sprint sim. However the phone number and possibly imei that you setup may be tied to the account.

Why would they ever want to give you more than free service?
I'm sure they'd prefer not to give anything away; but they here they are, giving stuff away to get customers. Stick Out Tongue

Gotcha. Wasn't sure if each ICCID was scanned and linked to the respective order, device IMEI, and phone number. There wasn't any indication it matters but just wanted to be sure.

The phones definitely won't be mixed up. I just hope that Sprint didn't see the two separate orders and decide to combine the accounts into one when that was not the goal (hence separate orders). Maybe they just shipped the two SIMs together to save themselves shipping costs. In that case I'd have to see if the second order was charged the full $13+tax, since only one order should have been charged the $10 for shipping (shipment was addressed to me, the first order placed).

I'm surprised this thread is not more popular tbh

R+ and freedom pop crap threads were more popular..I know this is Sprint but it is one of the big 4 and their network is not that bad and you also get priority over MVNO's subscribers like boost, virgin etc

$5 a month for unlimited everything with Sprint is better than $0 on other small providers
Wondered that myself. I believe that most people think they will be charged and tied in to a two-year contract somehow. Yes, it clearly is not the case but people are like Moo cows.
Out of 10 people I told personally about this deal, only two of them signed up.
Also, The Cry Babies regarding Sprint's service are relentless.
Not quite as good as Tmo in my area, but not bad either.
This is the best service provider deal ever.

No idea but I'm not worried about it. Also remember $5 per becomes zero with auto pay. Just a couple bucks in fees

The sprint rep said they will honor since I signed up already (well the first 6 didn't know what they were talking about but this one did.). I just canceled - too much uncertainty. I had chatted with 6 reps for about 2 hours and no one else knew what they were doing. I don't want to be messing with it any more. Plus the fees and surcharges probably amounts to more than I spend now anyway.

Hate you slickdeals.
Check your bill like a hawk every month. Have had sprint tell me stuff just to find bs charges on my bill that I never agreed to.

check on-line and the account shows what was promised

For new users:
get a Tmobile card and activate a pay as you go account...SIM should be free (just ask for one..you might have to go diferent places to get it free)
Don't fund the account just get pin number and phone number (you'll need them later)
3-4 hours later call Sprint while you have a Sprint SIM ready (make sure you have a correct SIM..got it for $9 from BestBuy and free from Target) ..Sprint has many SIMs so make sure you have the correct one for your phone
Call in while you have promo ready
Provide everything Sprint agent needs from you and as account number provide your phone number with 1 in front
15 min later you should be able to make calls with your sprint account
I've gone to three tmbile stores and asked for pre paid sim. They've all said there $10 and need to be activated with a plan.

GV is $3 to unlock and set voicemail pin in legacy view on desktop site to use as account PIN. Much easier.

It does take longer to port (1 day typically, 3 days for weekends)but you can call the porting dept number in wiki to push it through in minutes.

Sprint representative at 866-782-8777 just said it was good until Sept 30th ... Does anybody know if that's true or if it is definitely expiring Aug 31st?

How do you expect us to know more than Sprint rep? That said two users said yesterday the sprint reps they talked to said promo ends at the end of August in a week

Wow, had to yelled at the rep on the phone how she was so incompetent for unable to add my friends' IMEI number on their system. She kept saying the IMEI will be added to the system if it's activated. In the end, she called me back and said the supervisor sent a ticket to add one phone's IMEI but the other 2 iPhones bought from Korea couldn't be added because it's outside of activation policy. Does anyone know that it's true?
