Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

How to reuse sprint SIM I have now? Do they need to deactivate it first?

Anyone still remember porting from h2o,
is the account# still the SIM# , and PIN the last 4 digits of SIM# ?
Still need to call h2o to release the phone # for porting purpose? TIA
You have to call H2O, and ask them to unlock your number for porting. They will give you your account # and PIN and it is nothing you can find anywhere else. They'll text you the account #.

Also, be prepared, they'll ask you for 3 phone numbers you have called in the last 2 days (but it must be greater than 2 hours ago that you called those numbers), that is their verification process.

Any reason I didn't get the $5 autopay discount? First month's bill automatically paid on the 24th, charged the $5 for one line, but no discount. I can see that I'm currently signed up for it in my account.

Figured it out. Signed up on 7/31, activated sim and signed up for autopay on 8/1. So the first month's bill 7/31-7/31 did not have autopay on it. Should get the $5/month going forward.

If anyone signs up on the last day of the month they may have a similar issue.

A similar thing happened to me. I had to call in to get a $5 credit. I thought I signed up for auto pay on the same phone call, but for some reason they had the following day listed as the date of the auto pay.

Here, my answer will answer both of your questions. You can swap to any Sprint postpaid inactive phone or other eligible unlocked phones.

Do you need to notify them or just swap?

The wiki says autopay will typically not be seen until two months in.

I swapped device with my spare locked iphone 5 and asked Sprint to unlock it. Got email and confirmation too that it is unlocked for Domestic as well as International use. I confirmed about it with other CSR also. But still I am not able to use the H2O and Verizon sim card with it? Any idea? Getting simcard not supported? Do we need different sim cards for iphone5 ?

Sim is different between iPhone and Android. If you have the right Sim for both phones you can swap them by calling or chatting with Sprint csr.

I have always just switched phones online. Under manage devices, activate new device. This assumes the phone and sim your swapping to are valid and inactive.
