Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So you miss a HUGE 635 page thread? Wow.
Instead of providing the help requested you berate the person. Very helpful.

I think you can click on Mod Alert, and put a reason like Duplicate Thread or repost

So $120 is better than free??? You must be rich.
You need to keep it for 2 years. Basically, I save $80/mo but end up with decreased quality of service and fewer features. High Speed tethering is worth the difference for me.

basically, there is no contract...u do not need to keep it 2 years ..or 2 months ..or even 2 weeks

Porting from t-mob use your account number (printed on bill pdf) and the last 4 of social for primary account holder.

After being given a run around by t-mob I was finally given this information from a friend who ported few days back. It worked for me and the port completed in 10-15 mins.

The thing is when I was trying to activate the SIM card online, it won't let me do it. I chatted with the Customer Service agent and was told the website was down. He activated it manually for me and apparently activated a regular plan for me. That's why I was billed the full amount.
The SIM card was ordered from promo webpage. That's why I didn't call to activate.
I do have the chat history in email that the CS agent confirmed that I will have a free year of service, so I hope my issue will be solved. I am still trying to get my plan changed to the correct one and I have faith in the Sprint customer service for now. They said my bill will be fixed in about 5 biz days and my plan will be changed back to free one year service.

For those who want to jump in the deal and haven't done it already. Please call to activate to save the hassle I had to go through.

Zip Code: 91748
The Sprint Coverage generally is OK, close to my Cricket plan when outdoor, but the indoor reception is significantly worse .
Data transfer speed is really great when the coverage is good. 40Mbps Down/ 8Mbps Up
Not bad given it is only a couple dollars a month, but I definitely would not pay full price for it.
Cool. If you have WiFi at home and your smartphone is wifi calling enabled on Sprint use it. It works great for me. Better than TMO WiFi calling for some reason

I got best speed at home. It's my workplace, restaurants and grocery stores have really poor receptions.

If you're having trouble getting signal even though wi-fi calling works, try doing a complete restore of your phone while connected to your computer. (iTunes initiated) This solved my problem - spent hours with Sprint and the Apple store and the Apple store technician solved it with this.

I'm now restoring my data from backup but happy that the Sprint coverage is better than expected. (was on T-Mobile, used to not have signal in my garage or in my home)

Sprint cold not do the credit check online for me and asked to call customer care. They said, go to the store ... *frustrated already!* not sure how worth this free service is going on if I get it!
