Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I really agree with this post by edog.
Most of the time , people do not bother learning of the deal.

"I am too lazy to read...tell me what to do.." ..again...

Then screw up

Then trash whatever deal they are trying to do.

I see it all the time.
Here....on the xfinity mobile deal...etc
It's definitely ymmv. you have to always study the deal and read read read. But for some deals as my friend macrokelvin will suggest... You have to jump on it and read later (before the item gets out of stock). You can always refuse the package when it gets delivered etc.

Yeah some deals are buy now, think later. Not this one. First paragraph of wiki states after initial line sign up you need to call special promo number to add additional lines.
Now he said he tried to add 2nd line online and then talked to rep. Who knows what he did but hopefully it will get straightened out. Still a good deal for us Ringplus refugees.

I did not get the AA 20k miles. They said because I am on an ineligible plan. Sucks. I hope I get the $400 gift card. I signed up a almost 50 days ago. No one at Sprint can confirm if the check is coming although they say yes I'm available.

Too bad but you didn't read the thread before signing up. You either need to order sims and sign up online thru promo link(no representative involved) or call special promo number and sign up for free plan. The regular telesales can't help you.
Well, I have to admit I did not read everything. I was able to activate the 1st line and only the 2nd line activation is in such a mess. It is a long thread and I dont think anyone can prepare for all situations.

Anyway, I just cannot imagine a big company like sprint has such a poor customer support. The representatives I talk to mostly are so poorly trained. One even insisted I call T-Mobile to port out my number first before call Sprint to port in, while another told me not to terminate my service with T-mobile before my line fully works.

Lol. The old 'refuse the package' trick doesn't work so well these days when the delivery folks don't even ring the doorbell, or they ring the doorbell and are gone before you answer. Some companies will tack on a restocking fee too.

Samsung and Xfinity much bigger companies with worse customer service than Sprint. I hope you can get it straightened out.

While roaming you're limited to 100Mb/mo and 800 mins/mo.

Sprint may terminate svc. if off-network roaming usage in a mo. exceeds: (1) 800 min. or a majority of min.; or (2) 100MB or a majority of KB.
Yes, I saw that, thanks. My point is that the coverage map shows 3G data, not roaming.
