Chat easily changed it for me

it is actually user modifiable. So does that mean, newly entered ZIP will be used for tax calculations ?
How and where do you change the Primary / Service address yourself? Yes, fees/taxes are based on the Primary address, whatever you change it to

all the people trying to save a buck on taxes.. Wont your emergency 911 calls and location point to your fake address if you really are in a situation?

I don't believe that cell phone 911 points to a fixed address, but uses tower/gps to determine your loction

Changed it to an Oregon zip, supposedly they have the lowest state tax. Address is an empty lot according to search engines. Just changed my Primary addy last week so don't know yet.

not really since this is cellphone and not a land line. With cellphone you can make 911 call from anywhere, also 911 call center will not be able to pull your address if its a cell number. they can locate your address if you still have a traditional land line though. But if they really want to they can call up support to ping your cellphone with cell towers to locate the general area where your call is made from (not likely to happen unless your someone super important) 911 operator can only really relay the information YOU give them to the police. Of course you can download one of those gps personal safety app that alert the police to your location by gps.

Yes, and it makes no difference that it is an add on line nor that it is in your parent's name. As long as you have the phone number, account number, and account pin, they will allow the port.

That is the billing (really mailing) address not the Primary address used for fees/taxes

Cheapest readily available is Moto E4. Others may be able to suggest cheaper, more creative solutions.

Only if you are using Wi-Fi calling, I think.
