Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Are we safe to assume we can still sign up through the end of April?
It's anybody's guess. They are not going to broadcast the end date. I would sign up ASAP just in case

Re-signed for a year. Went smoothly with same handset and SIM. Always pleasant CSR's.
I don't remember seeing a hit on my Credit Report, but have seen many posts. Wonder if I just overlooked

Could you help to explain how to resign for another year? Do you need to port out first then port in back with a family member's new account? Will that risk another hard pull on the family member? Thanks.

I went off Sprint 45 days to disappear old account by porting out. Time is a factor now however.
Your best bet would be to Port out the lines, pay off any balances then reopen under another SS number. You can then Port back with the same phone numbers, it doesn't matter what name they're under.
Credit ramifications I can't answer

For porting out from T-Mobile prepaid do you need to have more than $0 on your T-Mobile account. I ported from sprint to T-Mobile. Figuring out if I need to refill it before porting it back to sprint

My Sprint bills with this deal have been coming out to $4.07 each month, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
After always being billed $4.07/mo, my Feb 26 to Mar 25 bill was $4.60/mo.

This is still an excellent price.

Don't quite follow. Meaning they are pulling the deal as of 4/5/18?

In other words the current phase ends next Thursday April 5, according to this information, which which sounds like an excerpt from an internal bulletin.

You see, chat support is not trained to support this promotion, and therefore normally not the right people to ask about it. This promotion is "click or call only". On the other hand, it can be an advantage here because since they are not part of the promotion, they have to look anything up in the Sprint internal database and in this case they may have given away exactly what it says. Namely, this promotion appears to be scheduled to end Thurs. April 5.

Of course, they could extend it again. But people would be well advised to sign up now just in case that date is the end.

Following the future tense wording, that was the intention all along since the latest renewal in Feb.

Of course, they always have the option of adding another phase.

If you have already closed your original account a while ago but are not yet near 45 days, you might try now anyway because my guy said they might be able to reopen the old account, if need be, and still give me the full year from the start again. He said that after asking me how many lines I would open (I said 1 now and 2 more later). I got the impression it depended on how many lines I would open. Of course it may depend on who you get etc. In my case I did have the 45 days anyway so they just gave me a new account.
