Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Do I have to activate the Sim card by 5/17 or just order it by then? Thinking of switching from T-Mobile, but won't have a Sprint SIM ready on 5/17.

"I think mine is an isolated incident.
Looks like Level 3 Support got the port to go thru."

The remote possibility of losing my number futzing around strikes fear to my core.
I should probably have my head examined.
Oh well. Next Deal please

Make sure they only check your ID at the store and do NOTHING else at the store.
Then finish over the phone for the deal !!!
If they ever try to set you up with a "newly plan and account leave the store as fast as you can !!!

Quote from AprilK4053 :
@HunterOne Thanks for the response. I never got past checking the IMIE numbers so I never entered any of my sons info. I have called every sprint support number imaginable without success. One of the three phones is still illegible--none of it makes sense.

I would drive to the Sprint store right now for the ID check (it is 12 miles so they wouldn't override the requirement during the original call.), but why waste a trip if the phones are suddenly ineligible? And they did NOT give me any kind of number to give the Sprint store to go along with the ID check...I am not so much worried about the credit check anymore but what on earth is going on with the phones. Oh and there is only one day left so it doesn't look like this is going to happen.

As a last ditch effort, what happens if I just set up the account with the one phone that still comes up as eligible? Can I add the other two later? Probably not with the promotion expiring tomorrow....

I plan on doing all of this around 11:59 pm tomorrow. Can someone please type out every single step in detail of how this can be done successfully so that I can get in on the deal in time? I prefer not wasting time reading the wiki as it is way too long and confusing to read. TIA. Peace

/sarcasm
To make it clearer, you should post them all as individual questions, one after the next. Plus if people don't answer within an hour, post them all again until someone does. Also, if it's important to you, just delete the wiki and post your own questions there. GL!

i am sure this question is asked many times. Hope someone can put it on WIKI

what is the easiest fastest way to port out and port back in with diff. sprint account?

I did one today with H20 and it wasn't pleasant.
Luckily i had a sim card so all I need to do is to recharge $10 (min).
then make 3 calls.. then wait one hour.
call them for the account # and pin #. (had to give full numbers that i made)
make me feel bad.... they told me i can't port out within 6 days, but Sprint port in/out specialist made it today. (within a day)

I need to do 2 more. I'd like to do it tonight or by tomm.

can someone guide me please? wiki does not have enuf information.

I see Tmobile, I got the digital sim card part. But what do i need to open Tmbile pay as you go?
do I need to give them my SSN?
if i opened, is acct # / PIN # created instantly? any restriction to port out?

all of these... please help

I have until 9/30 left on my current byod account. Any bets on if this will be extended to another phase ending 7/31/19? I can't decide if it's worth the hassle/risk to extend 8 months or if I should roll the dice and possibly extend 10 months
