Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

The IMEI for the G6 Play does not pass their checker. Is it still working for phone swap regardless?
You have to do it via chat or calling in. They have to update something in their system, but it works.

None of the above work other than calling 866-782-8777 and porting in a number.

As the wiki says in bold:

Each and every number (first , 2nd or last) on a byod line has to be ported in from a non sprint (or sprint mvno) carrier
I should've been more clear. My ported in line from H20 Wireless is currently on the promo free plan, so I am asking how to add a second line which would be a port-in from Verizon. Do I need to call in the add-a-line or can I do it when logged into my sprint account and add to the existing plan?

I understood you perfectly.

The answer is as I stated.

No you cannot do what you suggest.

You must call 866-782-8777 and port in a number to add it to your existing account.

"Each and every number (first , 2nd or last) on a byod line has to be ported in from a non sprint (or sprint mvno) carrier" AND it can be done ONLY by calling in and NOT by any other method.

Yes you will be adding it to your existing account.

So you can't create your sprint account online through the byod link and order a sim, then port the number through their activation page?

Not to add a second or third etc. number, no. You have to call in to do those.
They left those to be done manually only for this plan.

Sure. Do both phones on one phone call to tmo. Each phone needs a sim # and you can assign the same pin number to each and the account number will be the number being ported with a 1 in front. just verify all that with the rep before ending the call. You can just tell them you will add money later.
HELP PLEASE...

I just ported 2 phone lines to T-mobile, now whenever I call any number it says "your Account could not be validated". The 2 phones cannot call any number, what went wrong?

You do not need to get the phones working on TMobile.

You can just port the numbers back onto the new Sprint account.

Did you turn the phone ON with the SIM card in it before you do the Sprint checker?

Wiki says to call to port back in but how would I do that if I can't even use my 2 phones?

My Sprint online account is still active by the way and can see my 2 phones billing. But when I check the IMEI to sprint it is eligible after I ported to T-mobile.

You should have done one at a time if you do not have a third phone.
Best borrow a phone and check with the TMO port center 1-877-789-3106 to be sure the port completed if you want to try to use it on TMO (which is not necessary).
Are the phones compatible with TMobile? If not they will not work on TMobile which is not a problem.
Is the TMO sim in the phone?

I just swapped in the $80 Boost Moto G6 Play from walmart. First I called the local Sprint Corporate Store and had them add the imei to the dna2 database. I just said it was an unlocked moto phone. You can find a Sprint corporate store near you on this link: https://storelocator.sprint.com/m...nity:store. The corporate stores are listed as full service stores. Then I used the sprint online support chat to swap the line with my previous line. I also checked to see if the bootloader of the Boost moto G6 play was unlockable and found it was. Since the Imei wasn't listed on the box I added one number to the meid hex and then checked it with http://www.imei.info/ until I had a valid imei. Now the only thing left to do is to sim unlock the phone.
