I picked up a used Verizon iPhone 5c 16GB on eBay for about $50 and put it on the one year free plan. Young daughter loves it. I chose the Verizon version as it is compatible with not just Verizon, but Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T, as well.
also good suggestion

There are indications from within Sprint that it has been extended but these indications are never 100% reliable (and have occasionally been wrong in the past in saying it was not going to be extended when it actually was extended).

I personally do not see any signs it will not be extended but that is a personal opinion.

It is already tomorrow in the Philippines so you can call them if you want and see what they say.
Thank you.

Has it been confirmed it can be activated on Sprint postpaid including this plan now?

In general Boost phones cannot/could not be in the past. Admittedly there have been a couple of exceptions but I have not seen anyone suggest all Boost phones can be used. E4 in particular is widely thought of as a prepaid phone.
sorry my mistake. It's the E5 play and G6 play can be activated on Sprint. E5 play is $64

Re-upped for another year after taking a 45 day break. I agree with the poster earlier who recommended accepting the $13 protection plan. The rep seemed very determined to make sure everything went smoothly after I accepted. Of course i'll chat with Sprint in the next few days and have it removed.

As long as you realize it is a poor phone for Sprint today that lacks Sprint's high speed band and is not even going to work indoors in many poor signal areas because it lacks Sprint wifi calling.

Personally I would not wish it on my worst enemy for use as an actual phone. But as a toy or if you are in a strong signal area it should be fine.
Sprint service works well everywhere I need it to, so even with an iPhone, it's been great.

Perfect and I agree- those are the two that are widely being activated on this plan.

I think that low-cost Sprint phones like these are vastly preferable for many because they both have Wifi Calling (confirmed) which is CRUCIAL in many areas for good reception indoors.

So many people opt for the unbranded Moto models and I think they are wrong.

Plus Sprint will unlock these phones after 50 days.

No issues thanks to the advice in the wiki.

Just go to your online account and remove the TEP immediately. Usually after one day they will charge $13 on your bill. When you cancel, they will prorate you on the next bill. Cancelling the same day incurs no charges.

Correct.

People can also cancel same day very very easily using Billing chat.

The unscrupulous TeleSales staff tell people to wait a few days to cancel. Their real motivation is probably so that it gets billed on your account initially and they get the commission.

Yeah it seems quite likely they will keep it open to new signups until at least 9/30/2018 (quite possibly longer) as hinted/suggested by that end of savings date.

Can anyone confirm if a Sprint iPhone 7 Plus works with this plan?
