Apple store gave me nano card SIMGLW436C for iPhones 6-7. Apple stores don't carry simglw446C or simolw506C . Would the 436c be compatible for nexus 6 ( not 6P )?

That can definitely happen with some local carriers.

Well there is nothing that can be done for that number then, because it goes by the *original* issuing carrier for the number, not the current one.

That number is just non-portable.

Just tried the website periodically but haven't had time to call in. Service hasn't stopped on the phone so thought it was TMobile not able to port for some reason?

You others waiting have already had your service stopped? Were you coming from Virgin Mobile or other?

For you freedompop porters, it may be easier to just cancel your FP account and wait a day or two for them to release your IMEI. Confirm it in the checker, then just buy a tmo number for port from ebay. Tmo ports go much quicker. Can also try numberbarn numbers.

I was on sprint in my name ported to T-Mobile to port back to sprint in my wife's name. Website now shows eligible. Took 2 hrs after port.

The 436C will not work with Nexus 6. I had a feeling they would not have the 506C since only 1 poster said he has gotten that sim at an Apple store. He(expert rating) showed picture but had other errors in his posts claiming he got it there but also worked in phones that it would not have been compatible with. I will edit my previous post.

Trying to swap my device and I get this message. Your iPhone appears to be logged into iCloud. You must disable the iCloud and Find My iPhone to continue

I never got this message before when I tried to swap before.

For my Nexus 6, would I say I would want to get for free sim card for iphone 7 for my sister [which she has]. Confirm that it's part # is simolw506C , which is compatible with my Nexus 6. I won't be able to bring in my sister's iphone. Then, I would be able to get it for free, correct?

I am trying to convince my sister to get onto this Sprint promo, not sure if she will.

Else, why would they give me a sim card for my Nexus 6 android phone?
yup..correct

i use below site to check what sim i need.
chances are there is a iphone that uses the same.
so then, go to A store..ask sim for that iphone.
so while u have a story about ur sister, etc... typically they dont even ask any questions.

so ya..for u or any one that has a nexus 6..go to a AS and ask for a sim card for ip7

check sim card here [ting.com]

Yeh. Sprint might receive many iphones with iCloud lock from upgrade offers.
