Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

i don't see LG V20 on the list, if i get a Sprint version LS997 of LG V20, with clean IMEI, would it work as BYOD device ? thanks
I don't know if it could be used for the initial signup, didn't have it when I signed up, but I bought a used one and swapped it onto my byod line.

I signed up with an LG G2 back in March.

Finally I got this done. I had trouble porting to tmobile and it turns out it is just a problem at tmobile side. The annoying part is that it took 2-3 hours waiting at each call before I can find a tmobile representative and he/she may give you wrong information. After 3 calls with misleading info regarding why porting didn't succeed, my porting problem was solved after being transferred to a "port specialist", who told me the date on the previous port request was wrong and she fixed it (hard to believe!). I feel tmobile representatives are not as professional as sprint representatives. sprint representative repeated every number I said to make sure it is correct. It could have taken just 2 hours to finish the whole process, but my tmobile porting part took almost 10 hours (waiting on the phone + talking). Thanks to all for the help!

Just signed up with my iPhone X. If the service is shit, can I cancel and go to another provider before the year is up with the same phone?
No contract/obligation has been covered repeatedly in this thread.
Where we live (20 line family), Sprint Spark towers (band 41) deliver exceedingly better service than the other big 3 carriers- with VZW being the worst in urban areas.
Please refer to the wiki zip codes for your area.

Yes, contrary to people here who imply that Sprint is purposely delaying port-outs to get another billing cycle, it seems that most of these porting problems are not the fault of Sprint at all.

Why is that, because of TMobile's faults?
I don't really know what you mean by that; I had sprint for I think 8 years and their service got worse and worse every year to the point that 3g would time out with pages and emails more often than not, even with medium signal. I do have TMobile now and they certainly aren't perfect, but I'd pay 10x my current bill on a different carrier before I'd go back to Sprint

1-888-211-4727 and cancel should be on the voice menu or ask for it.
Called this morning and got the same speech of trying to fix it, and it'll take 1-2 billing cycles. I'll try again tonight if not, I'll have to cancel before the 15 days are up .

Oh I thought you were referring to all the problems people are discussing here porting in from TMobile (many hours on hold to TMobile support).

Got my first Sprint bill. 1st bill credit for the phone already there! Was tempted to not send my trade in phone but not going to chance it. Also all other charges correct too! Great job so far Sprint!
Did you get the new device on free plan or paid plan line ( with other free plan lines )?

Damn I posted to the wrong thread. Did the 18 month lease though the SWAC program. Was worried about mailing my trade in, but the credit showed up on my first bill, very surprised.
