That's normal. It should show 11/30/19 when log in to account and check. It is recommended to always check online account to verify plan and make sure insurance wasn't added also.
Ok thank you! I will check once I get to create an account... I've been waiting for 45 min for activation it's still not done.... the website told me to wait 10min and it should be done... :'D... Now I wonder if I did anything wrong...

when I tried a return the (outrageous) restocking fee would have applied during the 14 days. After 14 days there's no return.

YMMV.
Thanks for your response.

I have it in closed box, so hopefully there won't be restocking fee, but let's see.

If I return though, it shouldn't impact the BYOD plan, correct? Given that it's BYOD - I would think you should be able to use any device.

Did they add in the equipment protection charge?

Just checked the details:
Plans & Equipment
$15.00
Sprint Surcharges
$2.91
Government Taxes & Fees
$1.07

It's my first bill, so I guess the $15 is SIM card+shipping cost

*Edit:
Sprint Complete - protection for smartphone - Includes insurance
$15.00

How can I remove this?

Hi everyone: I just ported two phones ( one verizon 6S Plus and an IPhone XS Max bought and paid in full at best buy and originally set up with AT&T)

Porting the two numbers and getting the free unlimited promotion was easy to establish by calling the number that was mentioned in this thread.

My concern is that sprint's coverage works in my area but its very weak. Also when the agent read to me the fine print there is no mobile hot spot which I am fine with, no global roaming which I am fine with but the one that could cause me some issues is that she said when I am in a domestic (USA) roaming area if I exceed 100 Mb of data I would be charged after that but not before they warn me first.

I want to know now that my two phones have been activated on the Sprint network does that mean if I should want to leave and go with another carrier such as Verizon are my phones now locked to Sprint and would I have to abide by their unlocking terms which would require that I have to stay on their network at least 50 days? Any advice on this much appreciated...thanks!
Always this. What's the point of free if it doesn't work? I'd rather pay Verizon a $100 a month than port my number and use my phone as a paperweight.

The activation website message normally has the wrong end date. I would make sure you reset and update your carrier settings on phone. You didnt list phone and there are different procedures based on phone.
