Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm confused with the question. I mean if I read it correctly it looks like you've already brought one over. How did that go. Did you physically need to have the phones with you.
As long as you have all of the information you shouldn't necessarily need the phones in front of you. Only reasons are if there are issues and to reboot the phones to verify the switch over worked.

Ok, here goes. Thanks to another thread, over the weekend I took advantage of SWAC and ported over my line and my wife's. Prior to doing so, I checked the coverage map for the areas we frequent most and all seemed good. We took advantage of the free iPhone XR with trade in. Fast-forward to Monday and my wife contacts me informing me she is dropping calls left and right and that she wants out asap. I reached out to Sprint online chat and was assured they would look into it in a few days, get back to me, and fix the issue. I have tried turning on data roaming and shutting off LTE, and it did not help. We live in urban NJ so I am amazed calls are being dropped.

Can anyone help me? Do I have no choice, but to return the phones?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I have seen problems like that reported in NJ, including dropped calls and low speeds, in threads on reddit. Check there. I imagine they will fix it in NJ eventually but not necessarily in the short term. I would give it a few days effort, then bail. There are some areas where Sprint service is inadequate. Unfortunately parts of NJ may be one of them.

Just to be clear, these problems are NOT characteristic of Sprint nationwide. I have never had a dropped call that I can recall.

Sprint has a 15 day money-back guarantee. Be sure to act within it if you want to use it. There is a restocking fee once opened, but that is still better than having nothing you can do.

If you are in return window, port out and return the phones.
Otherwise, you'll have to buy the phones at full retail price.
Check their terms and conditions.
Looks like nobody knows better than you.

I've had my plan for a while and it says exactly the same thing as yours, including the 10gb hotspot and 4/30/19 date.

question 1. When I look under services I thought it used to list the 10 gb hotspot as a service. It doesn't when I looked today. Maybe it never did, do you know ?

question 2. Assuming we still have the 10gb because we signed up when it included it, do you think we'll get bumped up to 50gb ?
Q1: I do not recall that it ever did. I could be wrong. I think it does in some other plans.
Q2: I doubt it. I think they are sorry that they gave us even the 10GB hotspot on the free plan.

I'm curious about this 50gb bump. Can you clarify where you got this information from?
A news story about some 10 gb hotspot services are becoming 50 gb.

Since switching from T-Mobile my GPS has me all over the place often miles away and messages I receive are randomly broken up midword and sometimes even out of order. Anyone else experience this and know a fix? Using a pixel XL.

Which is the best android phone (especially camera and less than 6in display) that will work with this plan?
Google pixel 3 or 3xl. Pure android. No bloat. Great camera reviews but no personal experience.

Want: Sub $300 phone to get on this. Was looking at the Zenfone 4 $200, but that deal went dead and won't work on sprint from what I hear. Suggestions?

Thanks!

wiki has suggestions

on phone number situation

as for phone, no clear answer.

consider looking at local CL ads for sprint phones.
then get the imei and try checker listed in 1st post with a non sprint phone number
(from friend, sibling, etc) just to see if phone is eligible.
then follow wiki to get a phone number

do all this quick

Desi and I both like the Sprint LG G6. Try swappa. I've seen mint condition around 200. Some pics show the IMEI
