Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I just got my first bill. I activated my phone on 11/20, signed up with autopay to save $5.
They charged me FEES of $4.00 dated 11/19 and $5 "for the plan" for the month. $5 was deducted for autopay which still leaves the bill at $4.00 per month. Does this sound right ?
Everybody (well most everybody) is around $4 total per line - see the survey in the Wiki.

It probably does but it is very complicated re which phones etc.

Also it is only for data (but that is where the worst problems often are).
Is LG g6 a qualified phone? LG g5?

So I tried to port my number in from Tmobile using the Moto G6 I got from the Fi deal. Sprint said the phone is not eligible as it's already active on a Sprint network. I just cancelled the Fi service and never ported my number over. What gives?

My wife just got this deal and found Sprint does not allow you to use mobile data while on the phone. Is there a way to solve this?

Just a heads up regarding canceling unwanted Sprint Complete insurance...a new wrinkle has been (inadvertently?) introduced by Sprint. Last month I added another line to an existing free BYOD account, and the rep added the insurance despite my orally refusing it during the activation process. No problem--I canceled it online within the hour and it disappeared from the account summary immediately.

HOWEVER, a prorated amount for about a week of coverage nonetheless appeared on my new bill. I just got off the phone with a support CSR who agreed to remove the (small) amount, but he mentioned that Sprint has begun using another entity to provide this insurance and there is now a delay between canceling and ACTUAL cancellation by the insurance company and you will be billed for that interim coverage.

So it's no longer quite as simple a fix to remedy the greed of telesales....

Okay, so if I got my free line around November 2017. It expires 1/31/19. My wife currently uses AT&T.

I'm thinking:
1. I start a new account under her name and port her phone over.
2. I port my number to TMobile and then add it back under her account.

When I add it back under her account can I just use the same phone number and SIM I was using originally? Wouldn't they notice this?

Just wait until you get a big bill, than you will know that it is over for you.
