Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

thanks a lot! But I want to know which unlocked android smartphone that has real dual sim cards slot (not esim) can be accepted into Sprint BYOD one year free plan?

i heard that unlocked Samsung galaxy note 8 which has real dual sim cards slot can be accepted into Sprint BYOD one year free plan. is that correct?
There are not any dual sim(2 removable) phones approved/whitelisted by Sprint that I know of. Most of them are international models that sprint doesn't approve even though the hardware could work( CDMA and sprint LTE bands) on Sprint Now someone in thread said he uses a LeEco MAX2 but those aren't officially supported.
Note 8 dual sim I believe is also an international version with no cdma, if it passes I would be surprised.

Just to make sure ! is porting out your numbers is sufficient to close your account or do I have to actually call sprint?

I didn't look at other carriers. But I'm sure that no operator yet asked me for ssn or even my DoB!
I'm not even getting a phone from sprint. I brought my own phone, and each and every rep is asking for my SSN and DoB (by phone!) even though they already have it in the system only to activate the SIM that they already shipped me!
Sprint sims aren't "activated".

I signed up a year ago and my time is almost up.

Can I cancel the plan, and get my wife to sign up and USE THE SAME PHONES we're currently using? Or do I need to buy new phones?

(We have unlocked Moto G4s).

what exactly is your question?
please state it clearly with as much relevant details as possible.

what exact date did u sign up?
I signed up and ported my line right near the end of September 2018. At the time, the promo was valid until November 2019, but now it's been extended to January 2020.
What I want to know is does my line get extended to January 2020 as well?

Your time is up, assuming you signed up over a year ago.

I assume you checked in the right place: Dashboard / Manage Plan / See Details.
No I signed up just 2 months ago. What I want to know is originally my promo ended 11/2019 but new lines opened today will expire in January 2020. Does my current line get extended to the new expiration date?

No, only completely new accounts signing up today will get Jan. 2020.

New lines added on existing accounts today get the same end of savings date as the first line (see Wiki).

So unfortunately your time is up on all lines, whenever added.

Look into starting over with a different SSN.

I just checked my account and it says savings ends 11/30/19. Does that mean it will update later?
Where do you go on the website to see when the savings ends?

Tried to sing up for this. Purchased the sim and chose the Walgreens option. Turned out that FedEx refused to ship it to the Walgreens and wanted me to pick it up from their facility. Even though they had sent me a text saying my package was ready for pickup at Walgreens. Had to spend 30 mins on the phone being transferred over and over and explaining the same story just to get $3 WHOLE dollars back. I'll take that as a sign and actually pay a better company for better services.

Anything special need to be done to cancel? This is worthless to me. Sprint coverage is so bad, I can't use this.

Been searching S4Gru & XDA to no avail-

Experimenting with different combinations to 'force' particular LTE bands:
1) set preferred network type
2) change APN
3) update PRL

Got only a Nexus 6p to work on the amazingly fast b2 with this plan.

Is there any universal method to purposely choose data on b2, b4 & b41 (without defaulting to b25/26) across compatible devices?

Any wisdom is appreciated!
