Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Strange, we are in the SE USA and they pulled a report from Experian. Best to ask before unlocking, thats what we did.
Thanks - I will change my post.

No something else is wrong.

First see of the IMEI alone qualifies at

Well that's good anyway.

OK now I would try the original checker again.

Then try the number alone at

Not for sale on normal register usually means they need a Warp order to be sold. They have to create warp order as device only. On the warp system they scan phone Imei and iccid and ask for zip code, then the warp order will generate a barcode to be scanned at register for purchase. Usually the store will have a dedicated employee or two(limited hours) for carrier phone sales.

Thanks for the info, the employee did seem confused and said to come back tomorrow when the sales guy is there. I should be able to buy this without a contract with the correct phone sales guy and also get sprint to switch phones on the free sim i already have?

So to get calling plus, does it have to be a native Sprint phone?

I beg to differ...

Here is my monthly billing break down and the mentioning of $30 activation fee credit is no where to be found.

Fees and taxes add up to close to $8 a month.
.May be Sprint has good coverage for NYC, but certainly not in Northern Jersey. If and once the TMobile Sprint merger goes through and two networks are combined then coverage will unquestionably improve. It is definitely not $4 a month.

My first bill came out to be a similar total and I'm in Brooklyn. I think some of the taxes are taxed from the activation fee so I'm hoping they will not be recurring. It makes me wonder if I had the activation fee waived upfront by calling in, maybe some of the taxes would be lower or not there at all. Even though the activation fee will eventually be refunded, I doubt the taxes paid on it will be refunded. I did the activation online because I didn't want to deal with a phone rep adding the insurance plan and having to cancel that.
